I continue to have good experiences with their customer service. I have bought dozens of shirts through this website and love them all. Prices are fair and reasonable. Products are unique, stylish, and well constructed. Shirts are rarely found on other, cheaper websites. Want to be one of a kind? Try their shirts and see how many compliments you get - no kidding! Orders ship within one to two weeks. Orders arrive one to two weeks after shipping from origin. Wait time for your order is usually three weeks to one month due to distance between China and the US.
I purchased two shirts from Royaura and actually have no complaints about them. However, I then went back to their website to see if I might be interested in purchasing something else and discovered multiple items with Pro-Donald Trump, Pro-Republican Party and anti-Democratic Party logos and not one item with Anti-Trump, anti-Republican Party or Pro-Democratic Party logos. I am a 27-year U.S. Army retiree with combat-related PTSD (70% disability) who has also been a registered Democrat for over 20 years. The most insulting are items with the logo describing Post Traumatic Stress disease or PTSD as "Pretty Tired of Stupid Democrats". I see these items as a personal attack on myself and all veterans who suffer from PTSD who are Democrats, especially in this election year. I have written directly to the company, requesting that those items either be removed or that they create similar items that have anti-Trump and anti-Republican Party logos. No action has been taken by them. The Pro-Donald Trump, Pro-Republican Party and anti-Democratic Party items are still being sold and no Anti-Trump, anti-Republican Party or Pro-Democratic Party have been made available to purchase.
I bought 4 shirts and ordered my usual size. The shirt were huge. I tried to contact Royaura at least 6 times called, emailed. Wanted to return the shirts because there junk! No response, then I tried at least for a different size again no response. Save your time and money this company is a ripoff!
The Hawaiian shirts arrived... so I am upgrading review. I would give 4 stars except that one of the shirts lists and shows as white with gray palmtree design on the website, but it is not white at all, it is a very creamy beige with brown palmtree design. I realize that color differentiates online, but then they called it "white". They should call it cream or beige.
The other shirt is pretty good and looks as advertised.
Maybe with some brown shorts the cream colored one will be alright... I do like the searsucker look of the fabric.

My BF and I ordered a couple of Hawaiian style shirts. It estimates delivery in 10 to 25 days. Now that time has come and gone and it hasn't even shipped even though they had send a email that it had shipped... and then they notified him that it hadn't shipped and it will be delayed... so how will these shirts be of any use when it's not even summer anymore by the time he gets them. They should offer refund instead of delay. Not a dependable place to shop.

When I read these reviews I was thinking maybe I was wasting my money. WRONG!
The shirt is terrific, exactly as I expected and wanted. And, it arrived in plenty of time for the holiday, Valentines Day. I ordered it on January 19th and received it on January 31st. I did choose expedited shipping, which was good since I hadn't realized all shipping was from China

The only good thing I found with Royaura was the CHAT Customer Service. I used it twice with good results – they were polite, helpful - supplied USPS tracking numbers and their written English was perfect. I feel they do a great job!
I needed to use them because the order was late. Three items, split into two packages – one arrived late and the second seemed to just sit in So Cal with a "partner shipping company" called ACI for two weeks before they sent it on.
Upon opening the orders, I found the items did not match the web site photos well, at all. Expecting a heavier, textured fabric (cotton/linen) what I found was a VERY thin synthetic, of some sort – there are no fabric content labels on the shirts. The sizes are also too small for the stated American size range stated - at least a ½ size. Ruined a BD present in more ways than one.

Shirts look better in the pictures. I ordered 4 XXL shirts
Still waiting on 2. Out of the 2 that I received one was a S (small). I followed Royaura return policy.
I sent an email with all the numbers, SKU and ID. Didn't even open the shirt polycine pack. In a replied email from Royaura was requested to send a picture of the shirt. I did.
Now, I get an email back stating that I can give the shirt away and take a 45% back refund. Royaura also said that they are unable to do an size exchange as I requested.
Now I want my money back on the unshipped 2 shirts.
Do not waste your money on this company.

Order a shirt from them. It was "shipped " according to them using Tracking 654. After no tracking information for a month it then showed up at a unnamed sort facility for 3 weeks. Then tracking information said it was delivered at 11pm on Monday. Problem is that I was checking at 7am Monday morning. They said they were "sorry and would resend the shirt. Same thing happened again. Now they offered a 60% refund. BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered 5 shirts. All of them were advertised as being made of cotton. When they arrived, only 2 were cotton/linen, the other 3 were some sort of plastic/polyester. Very cheap feeling material. I immediately contacted Royaura and informed them of the problem. They said that in order to return something, I have to pay to send it back to China. They refused to pay for the return shipping. I went around and around with them via email about this and they still will pay for me to return the items. So I am now stuck with 3 shirts that I wouldn't even donate to Goodwill due to the horrible material they are made out of. Buyer beware with this company! They shouldn't be selling in the U.S. if they can't stand behind their products and pay for the return shipping. I will NEVER buy from this company again. Horrible Customer Service!

On March 25,2022 I purchased 5 shirts from this store. As of May 9,22, I have received only one and it is so poorly made I would not be caught wearing it in my backyard. I have requested a refund and that my order be canceled only to receive 2 meaningless emails. Their website shows multiple ways to reach them but there is no phone number and they don't respond to emails in a reasonable manner. I have ordered products from China with no issues other than usual delays BUT this store is China's worst! Please LOOK BUT DO NOT BUY!

Ill keep this post up to date. I ordered 2 shirts and a pair of shorts. Arrived in about 10 days. I normally buy 2x but ordered a 3x shirt and 3x shorts because their chart said 3x shorts would fit a 48" waist. The 3x shirts are tight and not an ordinary 3x. The 3x shorts are not even close to 3x. So I sent an email today, 27 June to Royaura support telling them I want to return the shorts. Ill let you know what happens. If you buy something, you should consider ordering several sizes larger than you usually would buy.

The ads look enticing, but beware - the quality of the merchandise is VERY shoddy - and if you read the fine print, what they tout as cotton/linen is literally made from recycled tires! Worse the items are shipped directly from China and tale about a month to get here. They claim they will respond back from customer service in 24-48 hours and provide a return address if not satisfied - they didn't get back to me for a week - and then you CANNOT return them to a US distributer but must mail back directly TO China - which is outrageously expensive (which they count on you NOT doing). I contacted my credit card company and due to the fraudulent nature of the company, they simply removed the charge. I donated the crappy merchandise, but it was a huge hassle dealing with this mess, Buyer beware!

Unlike a LOT of other people who order clothes from this CHINA company I paid with a credit card. My order of $120++ NEVER had been delivered, not one single item! 6 weeks later I called my CC company and they reversed the charge. This all happened AFTER at least 30 emails from me and all the company said EVERY TIME was be patient... What do you expect from a Chinese government owned company? You're right, NOTHING!

I felt that this company was not reliable when, after I placed the order, they asked me for personal information that seemed irrelevant to the purchase. Why would they need my passport number to verify the delivery? I contacted their customer service and told them that I would not give them this information and that I wanted to cancel my order. They assured me that the item would be sent without the added information. It has not been sent! I wish I had seen the other reviews before I got involved with the company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Yea most of the shirts are too cheesy, but a few I liked. Don't waist your money on expedited delivery though, they both still took 2 1/2 weeks, and the delivery charge doubles the price of the item.
