I ordered two shirts for my partner before his birthday. British summer being very short, I told him he would get his present in Advance so he gets to wear it for more than 3 weeks! He was very sad when the shirt that came were too small for him, but RSVLTS outdid themselves. They do not offer free return/swap for now (we ordered to the UK) but after emailing them saying I absolutely want to get the same shirts in a different size, I was pleased to be emailed a gift card which in included enough credit to cover the shipping fees! Unbelievable! The shirts were exactly like the pictures and the material is not nice and breathy. Will definitly shop again from them! Thanks Team!
Customer service does not respond if you actually have an issue with the product quality or fitment. Like others have stated, I have to go to my credit card issuer to recover money lost due to shipping or restocking fees on defective clothing. Their quality has gone down significantly this year. Shirt sizes and fit vary greatly and they place the blame and charge you restocking fees regardless. For a shirt that costs so much, their customer service does not reflect it.

Tip for consumers:
Even if the product is defective, they still charge you shipping on top of a restocking fee.
I've ordered a total of 7 shirts in a short span of time. The initial one to try them out seemed ok, until 1 of the buttons broke after only wearing it 3 times in almost 2 months. (I had to sew a spare on.) The others were bought a day or two in between a sale. When I inquired about a price match I recieved a somewhat sassy email in teh guise of being hipster cute. There charge for shipping and restocking is higher than the industry standard by far. I admit, I have received compliments while wearing their shirts, but their CS is lacking. I would say they run a little small for their size, so if you're a touch bigger you may want to size up. If you order somthing and you don't have any problems/issues, you should be good. Their designs/licensing is what I think costs the most because the quality and craftsmanship is mid at best - overpriced for sure. Considering a shirt is $70/ea, their CS is virtually worthless.
Tip for consumers:
They use DHL for shipping, which is USPS for last mile. Takes several days.
I was a fan of the brand well before they started in on Star Wars and Disney branding of their shirts. I got in when they charged $60 per shirt and every sale garnered you the opportunity to review the shirt and get a 20% discount. Now many of their shirts are $70 and up plus and the discounts shrank to 15%. I could almost be fine with the price increase, but it's that price no matter if you're buying one of their Disney shirts or an original design they created. Everything costs more nowadays, right? Ok, that's fine and makes sense. However, they still charge shipping and it's extremely slow shipping for how much you're already spending on a shirt. The shirts themselves are fine. Some good prints and some that are not much different than others. I think people would be disgusted to find out how little these shirts cost to print and manufacture and how much RSVLTS is making off each purchase.
Now here's the worst part of supporting this brand for so many years, they don't care what you think and don't want to hear your feedback unless it's positive. They have a Facebook group of avid supporters called "RSVLTS Insiders". You get a lot of people that post pretty much the same picture every day but wearing a different shirt. It's become a cult of nearly 37,000 people and if you talk negatively about the brand at all then you will be shunned and your comments will likely be removed. They heavily modify their comments section so that it appears that everyone is happy and loves everything they do. If this was a true community they would take all feedback and allow for open communication. They've created a dystopia rather than a utopia all for the sake of sales and to no benefit of their regular customers.

I should have researched more unbiased reviews before buying anything from this company. It is one of the only companies I've ever dealt with that ghosts customers. Although it is located in NJ, packages originate from DHL International in CA and are then given to the post office for final delivery, causing extensive delays. A facebook post about the shipping problems resulted in over 100 comments that was quickly deleted by the company. After emailing the customer service and two company founders and getting no response, I ended up having to file a credit card dispute for a shirt. They came up with a fancy marketing name for the material the shirt is made of to avoid being transparent that it's mostly polyester with some spandex.

The material used in their shirts is pretty much just pure polyester. I would avoid like the plague. Especially for the price they are charging. The returns process as well is pretty bad. The shirts look great don't get me wrong that's why I bought one but the material is just sweaty and doesn't breathe why so ever, really bad quality. It's a shame.

I ordered from them, got one of their performance hoodies. Got it quickly, it is soft, perfect weight for Spring/Fall in NY. Now, I wore it Maybe 5 times, had it only for about 6 weeks, washed it, as suggested, hung it up to dry. Now, on the back above my butt, it's pilling. Like, all over! So, I sent them a message on Facebook. They did write me back and said "to keep the integrity of the material, you need to wash cold and hang to dry. Thank you, RSVLTS team" I wrote back and said that I literally told you that's what I did, and asked for more suggestions. Nothing. They read the message but have since ignored me. I also posted a review on their site saying pretty much what I have here. I love the print! I just wish for 75 dollars, that the material actually was worth 75 dollars. BUYER BEWARE!

My boyfriend LOVES their shirts. They're soft and funky yet presentable for a night out. I placed 2 separate orders for him this year for Christmas just due to different promotions they had going on. There was an issue with my parcel locker and an order was stolen. I was actually so upset because the shirts are nice, but pricey. Customer service replied to me immediately, even though it was on thanksgiving, and replaced my items. I'm so grateful! I'll definitely buy from them again in the future.

For $70 per shirt, I really expected more! I really wanted to get a nice looking Star Wars dress shirt as a gift, that wasn't too cheesy or tacky. RSVLTs has that down. They have a lot of interesting prints, and it looked great in person. But the material was AWFUL! It's cheap polyester that felt extremely similar to a $5 dress shirt from Shien/Wish. It is manufactured in China, and doesn't feel at all durable. I would give a much higher rating if it was more accurately priced. It simply is no where near worth $70 in quality. Especially considering I was able to find a much better quality button down shirt from Amazon that was 100% cotton and $30. Granted, you won't be able to find similar designs elsewhere. But what good is a cool looking shirt if it will only last a few washes? Especially if you're going to pay a premium for it.
Tip for consumers:
Again, the material is not worth the price.

Orders placed nearly a month ago are lost in transit and customer service will not refund or assist. Buyer Beware! Spend your money elsewhere unless you want to spend December like me battling to get refunds for merchandise never received.
I used to support this site, but over the last year they have had constant issues with stock and sizing guides being wrong.
Last November, they sent me a shirt that was completely too small and made me jump through a bunch of hoops before they would even allow me to return it! They admitted no wrong doing, even though I ordered four other shirts of the same style and sizing guide, and they all fit fine.
This morning, I tried to buy a shirt from them during their Nickelodeon sale, and had it in my cart, but it would not process.
They then basically send me an email blaming me for the issue as their site sucks and can't handle demand.
I would avoid these guys as they are untrustworthy and can't handle their own growth.
Tip for consumers:
Don't buy from these guys!

Their "special blend" "Kunuflex"is simply polyester. Gross! For a $70 shirt, please consider a natural fabric. Any. Like: bamboo, silk, cotton, linen, merino blend.
Cute print - and horribly polyester. I am so so so disappointed
Tip for consumers:
They deny refund if item is limited. It looks like MANY of them are limited

I ordered a shirt. I am debating whether to keep it, or send it back for a restocking fee
Don't buy from the brand if you don't want to throw away money. I ordered 2 shirts a month ago and they were never delivered and blamed the post office for the mistake and don't want to give me my money back.
Tip for consumers:
Do not buy
I ordered Lahaina shirt to support cause only to have sizing chart bee wrong and these things run small. I own many button up shirts that I wear large in only to have this expensive shirt run to small to wear. I asked if I could return for any other choice of shirt to at least be able to wear something only to be told we don't do returns of special orders. I ask in this situation that I at least be able to swap for different style or type of not, not the same Lahaina shirt, only to be refused any sort of help in this issue. Reading many reviews this sizing has become issue so please order one size larger so you do have the wonderful choice of buying a shirt you can't even wear. Thanks RSVLs for the worst customer service ever encountered in a small company. I will stop anyone I can from buying any of your products

I ordered a shirt for my son before Christmas. When it arrived, it was huge; although I had inquired about the return policy, I was not told that there is a hefty restocking fee. When I inquired about it, they offered to send me a different size, but refused to refund the undisclosed restocking fee. The item was cheap and poor quality, and the customer service is worse. Beware and stay away!
I am a school teacher in Virginia and I ordered two shirts from RSVLTs. I too was shocked to find out the shirts were a polyester blend, pissed in fact, since I bought two at once. I noticed the shirts were made in China and question whether or not they were made in a sweat shop.
As a teacher I am required to wear a lanyard every day, where ever the lanyard rubs that shirt starts to pill. This is not what I would expect from a $70 shirt, very disappointed.
Bought a shirt wanted to return it. When I tried was denied. I was told it was a final sale shirt. The shirt was not marked final sale when I bought it! Total scam. FYI shirt cost $65, not like it was on sale!
I ordered a Ghostbusters Slimer long sleeve in a 2XL (my normal size).
No problem with the girth in the abdominal area, but the shoulders were ridiculously wide and the sleeves tight. The underarm stitch would not allow me to raise my arms above peck level without straining the stitching.
I order shirts from Middle Of Beyond in the same size and theme and they fit PERFECTLY.

The website didn't say it was polyester. This would be a hot, sticky shirt to wear in Arizona. Its going straight to Goodwill.
Great customer service, I had an issue with one of my purchases and they immediately sent out a replacement.

I received my first shirt about 5 weeks ago. I was really happy with the Disney100 design, but I needed a different size. The exchange was free and easy, and I've added over a dozen shirts to my collection since then. As an FYI, they tend to run a little small. I typically wear an athletic or trim large shirt, and these fit me perfectly in the large size. If you don't have an athletic or trim build, you probably will want to go up one size.
The good?
1. RSVLT makes super comfortable shirts.
2. They have excellent collaborations and fun designs.
3. They seem very well-made.
4. The resale value is not bad (and some designs ultimately fetch more than they cost new).
5. They have a strong and supportive community.
The bad?
1. The price point is fairly high at $70 - especially when the only way to get free shipping is by using reward points or happening upon a (rare) valid discount code. The rewards program helps, but even that rarely gets a shirt to under $60 with shipping and tax. However, if you're diligent, you may find new or excellent condition used shirts for less through their Buy-Sell-Trade group, sites like eBay, and occasional merchant sales. I've also heard that the Black Friday sales can be good, but I'm wondering how many of the popular designs will even be available. That leads me to my biggest gripe:
2. They have extremely limited quantities in their new design drops. This makes it hard (at times impossible) to get the one you might love. It's not uncommon for a design to sell out within minutes of release, and there is no way of knowing if they'll restock the design at any time. I understand wanting to build some scarcity into the designs to pump up the sales interest and reduce excess inventory, but it also can create angst and sadness for many people. Additionally, scalpers grab popular designs up to resell at even higher price points. Selling out in minutes should basically guarantee a restock in the near future with RARE exceptions for special releases - such as at events.
Bottom line: The good outweighs the bad for me. I'm a fan and expect to purchase many more shirts, but I know that I'll be disappointed by some that will elude me and remain out of my price point on the secondary market.
