Had the worst experience ordering from them. My order was delayed the fact that it was supposed to be delivered within three days. I contacted their customer support who made up excuses and informed me that I had to wait longer.
Recently purchased a herringbone bootscraper brush and I am throughly satisfied with it. Rubber-Cal delivered the purchase on time, the product is excellent and I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.
Their shipping fee is quite high, and they often demand the shipping fee after promising a free delivery if you buy in bulk. Check on that before you order anything!
