Even if you were injured in an auto accident, do not call this law firm. They may waste your time by putting you through a lengthy, painful intake process leaving you drained and feeling hopeless. Afterwards, I was told that they were not interested in my case without ever having an attorney speak with me. We are a family who has been injured by drs leaving us unable to cope with the horror we lived through and still live with. This law firm is unprofessional and simply dreadful, allowing me to talk about the assault inflicted upon my daughter by a Dr. The intake process lasted for 2 hrs allowing us to relive all of the gory details & was absolutely unnecessary but they did it anyway. It was as if they derived pleasure from it. Extremely sad and disturbing.

So I'm completely upset that I didn't look up the reviews for this law firm but I had to find out the hard way. I signed my documents to receive my check from the insurance company over a month ago, I've been trying to get in contact with the case worker for a while now but they claim he has been out of office. Okay that's fine but why is this case worker allowed a month off of working when he's working on a case or maybe several. I feel like I am being lied to and I'm honestly over all of this. Don't get Rubenstein to represent you or you'll be stressed the fck out……

This agency "represented" me in a car accident caste in which I was almost killed. From the initial interview the representative was completely unsympathetic. I never saw another representative until the day of settlement. The settlement was complete laughable and insulting - the bare insurance minimum. I also feel that Mr. Rubenstein is racist, from my personal interaction with him, and the complete lack of compassion from him and his firm. I would not recommend this firm at all.

These are not the lawyers you want representIng you. They'll waste your time, money and lie straight to your face. Back when I got into a life threatening accident that was caused by a drunk driver I had called this establishment to get a lawyer and start the process. While talking with my lawyer I was promised 100,000 dollars by their supervisor for my case. And then when the case ended and the verdict came they gave me only 25,000. But not all at once. They gave me the 25,000 cent by cent. Every other month a couple thousand was given to me until the 25,000 was reached. After I had already signed the contract that's when their price for how much I would get back for this car accident started to lower. I unfortunately had already signed the contract and so my money was in their hands and they took most of it. After I had signed the contract they then offered to give me 10,000-15,000 dollars instead of the 100,000 I was promised. I had to fight for every Nickel and dime to get my 25,000. Please go look at other attorney offices because this was one was an absolute joke and I felt scammed. That night my car was completely totaled on the highway when going to pick up my wife from work and I hit the cement border. And My 14 year old daughter was at home waiting for me to get back. I was moments away from my death. Therefore the treatment and money I received from this drunk driver case was a disappointment and a joke. So make sure to read every contract a lawyer gives you to sign so they don't pull the covers from under you and reveal something you won't like.
