I love this company. I do not work for them. I have been approached before, and I have come close, but I am just not good with selling. However, as far as using the products, I am completely sold.My stylist is very knowledgeable on how each style of cami fits and doesn't fit. They are well made. They support my bust, stomach, and back. They wash well in cold water on gentle and airdry. I have had some of my camis more than a year, and they really need to be traded out for a tighter fit, but all shapers, if worn regularly are going to lose their elasticity after a year. The customer service can be improved, yes. But the personal service by my stylist, Amy Machen, is top of the line, and I could not be happier.
Returned item immediately after trying it on with tags attached. They would not take return as they stated deodorant was on product. How am I supposed to know if something fits if I do not Ty it on. Absolutely no where near close to size as states they are. Now I'm out over $100 with a camisole I can't even fit over my shoulders. Do not buy!

Wrong sizing. Camisoles can only be worn underneath clothing not as a tank. Extremely rude and absent for customer service.

So I ordered a size that I have worn in their cami's and unfortunately it didn't fit because I needed the size up.
This would have been my 5th cami from this company and the sizing is not the same thru any style.
I sent the one back, mind you the tags came off while trying it on and they wouldn't accept it. My rep did not get back to me until almost the 30 days had passed. These things are expensive and the company does not work well with their customers.
Almost $500 later and I will NOT be a return customer.
Save your money, shop elsewhere.

I have ordered from this company several times. The product is suitable but customer service stinks! I placed an order then cancelled it as soon as I got the email stating covid had them super backed up. They assured me my order was cancelled - 2 days later the charge cleared my bank! It has been laborious to say the lest to get the full amount refunded - still waiting!
But if we go give zero that's exactly what I'd give. Sizing is not for American Woman unless tiny is their true size. Mislabeled sizes and if you need to return and item you'll also need to call and dispute the charges. Lesson learned here and Bras online can only be trusted to a place you've walked in to so that if it doesn't fit you can return it. These people are a bad Joke.

I ordered through an independent seller and was given styles that were not right for my body and measurements. Unable to return one due to "has to be unworn and new" policy. Poor communication from the company about return and had to pay additional money for the return as the prices and sizes are not consistent. I finally recieved my exchange and still not the correct fit. The same bra fat is still happening and it cuts in to my underarm area. No support for breasts and not slimming at all. Total waste of money.

I have reached out to this company at least thirty times through email, their website and phone and have not resolved my issue regarding reimbursement for a return. It has been months. I've been stonewalled. Since the product was bought through their local rep and not on my credit card, I can't even make a complaint through my credit card company. I've seriously never had this bad of a customer service experience ever before in my life and would not recommend this company to anyone.
I bought some of their items from one of their independent sellers and to say I was unhappy is a understatement. Not even a month into my purchase I had holes in the seams. At this time I had worn it maybe twice. I contacted the lady and she said it looked like my finger went through it. I said really lady? Can you not see it's a hole in the seam? I spent almost 100 dollars on this piece and that's the response I get for the quality of their items

I was not wanting a refund, just a different product that didn't roll up. I did all the measurements exactly how I was told. Product rolled up continually. I wore this product for a few hours. They refuse to exchange or return. They are way to expensive to just suck up the cost! NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

I tried the Leggings through VYD. They're size chart is Wrong. You can't get anyone to do what you've asked for. I may love their product but I didn't have a chance to find out because they couldn't follow through on a return. They totally had me fill out all this paperwork and did not even follow what I asked them foe. A simple exchange.

Don't believe the size chart. Don't believe the nice girl on the other end that says she's going to take care of this exactly like you ask for when you fill out their paperwork

I have worn Ruby Ribbon for 3 years. I absolutely love it better than any bra I have ever had. I am a 38 H and it is almost impossible to find bras in the store that fit. The ones I have have lasted the 3 years. I just recently bought 3 new ones to replace the first ones I bought. I have also worn the leggings. They are at least 2 years old and look as good as they did brand new! And they are worn at least once a week! I also had a friend that was not happy with the cami and returned it for a refund. It was done in a very timely manner. I strongly recommend Ruby Ribbon, especially if you need extra support!

I tried on a cami at an event and loved it. Purchased it as a part of a "package." Didn't get order the next week as promised. Then, when I got the order - it was the wrong products. Left a message via the site for the person that sold me the item, but have not heard back. When I checked the website for the product I liked, found that they didn't have the product anymore. Returned the items, but haven't heard anything about credit, etc. Nor have I heard from the rep.

My first purchase with Ruby Ribbon cami bra was over 2 years ago. At first, I felt like I had made the wrong decision and thenm because I did not want to pay the return shipping feem I just kept both cami bras (different supports) and decided I would just wear occasionally … however the more I wore them the more, the more I loved them. I like one better than the other because it has more support and simple design. I highly recommend the cami bras … no matter your bust size.

I'll admit it took a few tries before finding the perfect fit. But once I did! I love RR and will never wear a Bra again.

Having worn underwire bras for my entire adult life, I was a bit skeptical that these undergarments would actually provide support. Boy, was I wrong! They are supportive AND comfortable-no more wires digging into my ribs or poking out unexpectedly into my armpits. They are high-quality garments and although a bit pricey, so were my uncomfortable bras, so to me that part is a wash.
Ruby Ribbon really loves and promotes their camis. I have tried several styles of camis and found a couple that I really like, but the demiettes are my favorite. That obviously is a matter of personal preference.
The stylist that I worked with was very helpful and responsive. The only negative I have experienced is that you can't try these on in an actual store and there is a bit of a learning curve to getting them to fit "just right" (my stylist helped with this through Messenger); return shipping must be paid for any returns or exchanges. My opinion is that Ruby Ribbon would do themselves a favor by not charging return shipping. That would have enabled me to give a 5 star review.

Work with your stylist and rely on their recommendations to get products you will love.
I have been buying RR for about 10 Months now, I fell in Love with my First Cami so I hosted an online party, it did ok considering it was such a new (to my area) company & it was online so couldn't see or try the product in person & they are a pricey item to just be blindly "trying", but I now have a nice wardrobe of 6-8 Camis that I have worn every day since Mid September. I had a strap come loose within a short time, my stylist was wonderful & talked to the company for me & got me a replacement, we both assumed it was just not caught good when made & went on. But last week I had another strap come loose & I am just baffled! I put them on the way the video & literature describes, I am careful to not pull on the straps, I machine wash in cold, regular detergent, no agitator in my front load washer to get stuck on & I always hang to dry. This cami was actually a looser fitting one than the first, it was an earlier purchase & I decided to size down after that, so I don't see that it is too tight at all! My stylist is again working with the company & it seems they are going to make it right, but wondering if there's others with issues, or if anyone has suggestions as to what I might be doing wrong. I do Love wearing them & really don't want to go back to a regular Bra, but I can't spend $80-$90 on something that needs replaced in just a few short months. I should add I have enough camis that not all of them get worn every single week, so just because this cami is maybe 6-7 months old, there are weeks it doesn't make it out of the drawer.

Take measurements very carefully, I did mine twice, to ensure you get a good fit from the start. Refund is all but shipping, doing that 2 or 3 times could get costly.

sizing is a bit tricky, tummy control was too big and had to be returned for a smaller size. I think this was my fault though as I kinda guessed at my size with what I already wear. Follow measurement info best you can and honestly for the price, I would aim at least one size smaller

My Order No. ******* was for two camis totaling $154.57. One cami was the Original Demiette Black and the other one was the Ultimate Demiette Black. I do not wear them every day and when I do wear them, I switch them out. The Original Demiette fell apart in 2.5 months. It has frayed and pulled apart at the seams and the elastic has come apart. There are pieces of rubber-like material dangling from it when I wear it tickling my tummy. The Original Demiette I purchased two years prior never fell apart and I still have it and use it. I wrote to the company and told them I got a defective Demiette and to please send a replacement, and they told me they only guarantee their merchandise for 30 days and therefore they would not help me. They told me to go pound sand.
Their products are OVERPRICED as anyone with eyeballs can see, but I never mind spending a little more for a quality product. But now that I know their products are LOW QUALITY and they only care about money, I will never shop with them again. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
I will never purchase anything from them again, nor will I promote them to others. And any time I have the opportunity to dissuade someone from buying one of their products, I certainly will.
My suggestion to anyone reading this is: Run! Save your hard-earned money and run away from this company.

Ruby Ribbon is a company you should run from because they do not stand behind their products. They sell their products at high prices not because they are quality items but because they rip off consumers. When your item falls apart after little to no use and you ask them for help, they will tell you to go pound sand.
