I recently bought these beautiful sunglasses. It was By far the best purchase. Comfortable, and they Come with a very nice protective case, I got them For $80 alls, It is important to know that sunglasses Have an immeasurable protective function against UV rays. They protect our eyes from serious eye Diseases and are the best protection against Harmful sun rays.
Item didn't turn up even though they stated delivered. Have kept me hanging on for a refund for 6 weeks now. Need to be reported as scammers!
So far I have only seen sold out on their site. Why the heck send me email to buy. Don't waste my time.

My Paris Predire product was unsealed and the tube was empty. Rue la la did not issue a refund. I would not order anything again.

Rue la la has EXTREMELY slow shipping. Won't order from here again! It's been 3 weeks and still haven't received order.

There's no real free returns.
That said, you have the option of getting credits for your next purchase, which will be available aprox 3 weeks after you send the item back to Rue Lala, giving you a very short time to be able to benefit from your one-month free shipping. They won't give you extra free shipping time.
And the second option is to get a refund, with a charge of $9 for the shipping cost. And lets say you returned more than one item in a month, in separated packages. In this case, you will pay the shipping fee for each.
Defective item.
Lets say you bought a defective item. They will apologize and accept the return without charging you the returning shipping fee, which is very appropriate. But lets say you want to keep the item and fix the problem. In this case, they won't take any responsibility and won't give you any bonus nor a parcial refund. Photos and videos that expose the problem very clearly won't be of any help. They did give me an extra month of free shipping, which was nice but at the end provided them more money from my new purchases.
Sale of real wildlife fur.
I don't expect the business to do charity to wild life, but real fur is something that disgusts many buyers nowadays. It doesn't sell as much as other items, but there is a public for that cruel market. I don't agree with the use of real fur of wild life for fashion unless the fur comes from a certified hunter from Alaska or any place where people hunt for survival - which will never happen. The cruel methods of fur removal is widely acknowledged and exposed on internet (not recommended for highly sensitive persons). Everybody knows that these poor animals are caught and breeded exclusively for their fur; and that electrocution is the major method for killing them, which sometimes doesn't guarantee their death and leads to their fur removal while still alive.
Rue Lala sells real fur from rabbits; foxes; and chinchillas. (As far as I've seen).

I recommend buyers reconsider buying directly from Rue La La, and buy directly from manufacturer or direct sellers of products! It is a reason why Rue La LA products are sold substantially lower on Rue la La! Quality and size are concerning and you will notice only upon delivery! The items are of lower quality and often lack sufficient directions to properly assemble!
I bought couple of accent chairs, the screws would not fit (too short) once the legs are attached to the chair as instructed! I called to complain, and was requested to send pictures displaying the screws are too short! Inform there support that was Impossible because the chairs screw entry is not visible once I screw the crews to the chair! I sent pictures several times and was sent a return lable! I chose to take the lost! Terrible experience!
In addition I ordered a $1200 couch and never received it! While I ordered another couch after this order, and I received it before the initial order! But the other couch order is failing to be located or tracked by Rue La La or the third party delivery company ERQ (a real joke) they are unable to locate, although I paid my money, Rue La LA incredibly stated they can't return my funds until the missing couch is located! I informed the missing couch had nothing to do with me! I will be contacting federal trade commission (ftc) and report it! The delivery truck drive arrived requesting me to sign for the couch, but it was not on the delivery truck! Unbelievable, apologized and stated they would deliver later that evening or next day! 3 days later, I head nothing and Rue La La stated they would need days to solve! Please do not buy from them!
Please beware of Rue LA La! I was told I could not receive a refund until they located the couch they lost track of!
If the prices are too good to be true, please beware it is true "Too Good to be true"!
Tip for consumers:
Be very aware of what you are buying! Pay attention to negative reviews! They have a recurring issues with customer satisfaction FO a reason! If you are fortunate and nothing goes wrong, Great!
But if items are delivered by their third party delivery company, you are due for an unpleasant experience! Their voice and verbiage will be polite, but results are to be desired!

Saw a few items mentioned on the Wendy Williams Show and decided to check out the site. I should have gone with my better judgement and stayed away. Maybe I've been spoiled by Amazon but this company is absolutely horrible to deal with. I'm a first -time (and last-time) customer. I ordered over $300 in products, all of which will arrive a different times because they come from different vendors. Ok, no biggie. My order was placed before Thanksgiving and some items will not ship until the week of Christmas. Annoying, but still no biggie. So first item arrives and considering its a metal canister of loose leaft tea, you would think it would arrive well packaged in a decent box, no, it arrived in a ups flat box, thank goodness it didn't get dented (part of a gift). A few days later the next item arrives, only it didn't. Let me explain. I ordered some hair perfume (another gift), came home to a padded envelope that was on my porch but there was a hole in it where it was obviously ripped open. I know no one came on my porch because I have a motion cam. The package was thrown on porch. So somewhere between the vendor and FedEx, the fragrance was taken out. Notified delivery company as well as Rue, surprisingly Rue offered replacement. They then followed up advising the item is no longer in stock and advised i will be refunded. I looked on site and it shows item still in stock. Same day, I received an email advising that a dress I ordered is no longer available and the order has been cancelled and I will be refunded. So now I am getting annoyed and I decide to just cancel everything that has not been shipped. I go through online chat, agent is pleasant but states there is only one item that can be cancelled at this time (this was item due to ship week of Christmas), everything else is on the way. They also offered a $20 credit for the inconvenience that I don't even plan to use. I asked the agent about the hair perfume availability. She confirmed its out of stock but could not explain why the site shows it is still available.
All of this to say, save you time and don't shop on this site. It is a nightmare. You know how it is, see A clothing item you like online, take your measurements to order the correct size based on the designer. A lot of the items were holiday gifts and now I'm just hoping they show up. I like to online shop because I'm a pretty busy person and love the convenience. This site is definitely a NO for me.

I bought some items before from rue Lala site and had no issue, except mostly very late shipping. The first time on January 27' 2022 I order Chanel quilted bag from this site, when received the quality was so bad looks like cheap made in china fake bag, I called customer service 3 times in a week to ask if I can return the bag and get the return label. Customer service all 3 reps replied I can return and sending me the label but I wasn't getting the label, the 3rd rep create and send me the label, returned the bag but not getting refund when ever I called to check k I get the answer that the return department received the Chanel bag but label wasn't correct so its take little longer to get a refund. Yesterday March 3rd 2022 the rue Lala called me and said they never received the bag, that they mentioned in febuarary month several time with different rep and supervisor that they received the bag now they change the statement and kept the bag and my $3026. 99. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THE QUALITY IS VERY VERY BAD, DISCRIPTION AND PICTURES ARE WRONG AND IF YOIU RETURN YOU WILL LOSE THE ITEM AND YOU MONEY.
