I recently bought these beautiful sunglasses. It was By far the best purchase. Comfortable, and they Come with a very nice protective case, I got them For $80 alls, It is important to know that sunglasses Have an immeasurable protective function against UV rays. They protect our eyes from serious eye Diseases and are the best protection against Harmful sun rays.
Item didn't turn up even though they stated delivered. Have kept me hanging on for a refund for 6 weeks now. Need to be reported as scammers!
I have ordered from ruelala - 14 times. Every order has been great - wonderful prices and excellent delivery. I do order items that i have knowledge about - the color, manufacturer and quality. One item, i did return due to the lesser quality - a mattress pad - and received a full credit plus the shipping since i had them hold the funds and reordered something else later. The Gottex swim suits at 35% of the price tag was a great deal - my husbands sun glasses at 30% of retail. So i was very surprised to find the negative comments. From a history of 14 orders over the year, I am VERY pleased with Ruelala and plan to continue shopping.

"Ewww La La" sums up their customer service. Great site unless you need customer service--then they suck. Product ordered on April 16. Scheduled for delivery on May 6. Invalid UPS tracking number. Rue La La tells me it takes 3-5 days for them to track down a valid tracking number. They won't cancel my order even though the goods never arrived. They advise that since they have shipped, they can't cancel the order. Shipped where? This is fifth order through Rue La La. Shipping is always super slow, but at least the goods arrive. =

I order her often but have noticed many mistakes. I have ordered items that were just cancelled and wasn't notified - some were gifts. I have increased my order frequency and now their errors are more obvious. Increasingly frustrated with them because don't know which order wont show up on time - I have written and complained at least 3 times in the last month for various orders! This happened once and I was disappointed, then it happened 2 more times recently and led to disappointment because how could I have forgotten. Dont know what has changed with the company.

Not sure what happened to Rue La La. I was a member for over 10 years, and they had wonderful customer service, however, my latest extremely negative experience caused me to cancel my membership.
I had an issue with an order. I called 6 times. I emailed 4 times. Nobody could resolve it. I spent close to 2 hours of my time, mostly on hold, trying to get assistance. I spoke with a supervisor, and when we were disconnected, she didn't bother to call me back.
They gave me an incorrect number of the company the purchase was from, to speak directly. I finally got the correct number through an internet search and the company was lovely and helpful, unlike the incompetence I encountered at rue la la.
There are great deals online found easily these days, no need for Rue La La.
I have canceled my membership and will NEVER buy through them again.

This company must have been taken over by new owners. Within the last 6 months I have received missing items with refusal to have my money refunded. I ordered two pairs of shoes the same manufacturer one came with 2 right feet and the other shoe box had only one shoe. I received a skirt instead of a shirt. I received a broken necklace and a pair of earrings with missing stones. Every time I tried to get my money back they would send a return label that did not work and then I had to pay to have it picked up. This last experience was my final experience I found a great deal on a gold necklace so I ordered 9 of them and I received 4. Now they will not send the necklaces or refund my money. They blatantly said I have to fight with the creditor I used to purchase them and I am now banned from shopping with them which I obviously I would be a fool to anyway! Just stay away from this company I use to tell everyone to buy from them but now they a horror show.

Do not use them go anywhere else there so many competing companies now this company has gone to hell.

Nightmarish experience would be putting it mildly. I ordered a bag and paid by Paypal. Changed my mind and returned the package unopened. That was three weeks ago. I have been trying to get my money back ever since with no luck.
I complained on another website and was contacted by a "corporate concierege" who was very nice but it appears that her job is to say, "I'm sorry" and then nothing happens. She told me over a week ago that I would have my refund "in a few days" but here we are ten days later and nothing. Then I was told they tried to refund though Paypal but it didn't go through. Paypal denies. Never had that problem in the 11 years my Paypal account has been open. So, here I sit with no merchandise, no refund. This was my first transaction with this horribly run company and it will be my last, that goes without saying.

So disappointed. Tried to make a purchase online, but the website locked up in Firefox. While I was on hold with customer service the item I wanted sold out even though I had it in my bag and was trying to buy it. Big ticket item, too.

I've been a member of Rue for over a year and have scored some fantastic deals there. Recently I received an order and it was the completely wrong item. I called customer service and spoke to an actual person who was very nice and solved my issue. I returned the item an I was refunded the total purchase amount and the shipping cost. All in less than a week. Fast shipping, excellent customer service, wonderful deals! Just have to move quickly as the good deals go FAST!

I have been a customer of RueLaLa for several years. I never had a quality problem. Now my last 2 purchases both had issues. The quality of the items is just not there anymore. I'm considering alternatives. Plus have to pay shipping costs to return items because of RueLaLa's mistake (wrong size)? That's just sucks.

First of all, I ordered a pair of shoes from here. When they arrived they were defected! I chatted with some people manager online whom told me that they didn't have anymore in stock so I could either A) Pay to get it shipped to them and they would refund just the money I paid for the shoes. Or B) Keep the shoes and they would give me a $10.00 gift card/credit. That was four months ago. I agreed for the $10.00 credit and STILL have not received it! Save yourself sometime & money from not shopping at this site.

If you want return something please be careful! They know how to do dirty tricks with your money! I did order 3 items together in one transaction, they charge me with tax( total tax was 21 or 22$ but it's ok) And when l called them( after 3 weeks l didn't get my money back) girl count for me money back without tax and she took 9.99 for refund each item! Sooo l paid for my order 425$ and she send email with refund 375 $! This is CRAZY! Please check your account after refund!

I would give 0 star if I could. I bought a necklace for $400 dollars three months ago and used it very gently (meaning putting it on and not touching it while wearing it) for five times. The chain broke during the middle of a meeting and I was not touching it or anything. Given how the chain broke, it was clearly a defective product. I called the customer service and asked for a replacement or repair. They said no, stating that since it has passed the 30 days period, there is nothing they can do.
This purchase really felt like a fraud.
I always know that Rue La La sells fake luxuries, so I don't purchase those from the website. But I was not expecting the quality for those non-luxury products to be so poor. In fact, I am now guessing that the huge discount is either because the products are fake or that the products were defective and refurbished for sell.
I will never purchase anything from this website again and I suggest anyone thinking about it to think twice.

I purchased, a TV Stand through Ruelala and it was shipped in a damaged box and the furniture was also damaged. It was assembled only to discover scratches, broken wood and missing parts. I have called customer support four times and even spoke with Cody a manager and they are still unwilling to refund my moneyou. They said I am responsible for taking it apart and packing it and this is unfair as well. They should pick it up as is and grant me a full refund. I will never do business with Ruelala again. They have poor cheap products and bad customer service.

This is my first time ordering from Rulala, and I've had no issues whatsoever. I purchased a line of the D24K facial products, and I've not had any issues with shipping; My items arrived within 5 days of ordering. I do, however, wonder how they can sell a $2300 face treatment for $47. I've never tried this particular brand, so I have nothing to compare it to. The top of the cream jar was scratched, so maybe it was a return and they damaged it out? So far, for me, it's been a pleasant and easy process. I just hope what I bought isn't some random lotion they put in a fancy jar. I guess we will see.

Bought a Lancome Lip gloss from them. Came well packaged. Not goopy, like something old would get. Came quickly. Still waiting on the mascara I ordered at the same time. Definitely happy with their service. I like that you have a month of free shipping after you pay for shipping just once. Great service.

1. Check Amazon prices first, especially on toys and watches. 2. On returns, they've changed my credit to my card option to a Rue credit. 3. I had a Rue credit, requested in advance via email and chat that it be used to pay for my free year of shipping. All requests ignored. I've had other similar issues. Will not be renewing free ship another year and will no longer be a customer after this free ship year is up.

I purchased a product as a gift for someone and they had an allergic reaction to it. After having a live chat with the company representative she told me she didnt see a problem with me getting a refund. Although two days later I received an email stating that the ingredients are listed and I would not be getting a refund. Do yourself a favor avoid buying products from this company there is no fair customer service resolution.

Wendy Williams seems to endorse Ru La La. I've never ordered from Ru La La until they advertised these really nice handbags. I ordered 2 immediately and that was well over 2mths ago. Haven't received anything except a People magazine subscription and from reading the reviews, I'm glad! I researched this supposed "designer" bag and the price was much lower at Target... Maybe we should complain to Wendy so her show would consider not doing business with Ru La La. I hope Wendy's clothing line isn't this unprofessional and unreliable.

Terrible customer service! First, my shipment took an excessive amount of time to arrive. Then, a part of my purse was missing (strap). After 3weeks of back and forth, I was able to finally get a return authorization and I shipped it back the next day. Over a week since they confirmed they received it back and I'm still waiting for my credit card to be refunded. Very painful, and I will never shop with this site again and will definitely not recommend anyone else to shop here!

This is my 3rd time ordering from Rue lala, I spend 2000 on 2 orders in total and it was a waste.
1. Alexander McQueen bag someone switch my large out to a medium for the price of the large. I was credited 49.99 plus order price
2. Balenciaga cap and bag my items stated in email shipped yet No tracking info on Fed ex. Items werent replaceable no Supervisor available. No one held accountable

I had a credit for two pairs of shoes I sent back. Used it on a jacket that ended up to be too small. I wanted a larger size and could get it for regular price... so now I have nothing and they have the money for the shoes and coat.
Bad customer service. Need to bend rules to ensure customers are satisfied.

They don't adhere to their shipping guidelines and don't care. Don't order from them unless you don't need the item for a month. I'm out the $60 I paid and now have to spend another $100 to get what I need today.

I ordered a product from this site as a gift. It has three shipping options. I picked over night because i needed it fast, the site said one day and then i received an email that said 3 days later. That isn't overnight. It arrived in the same time as regular shipping and they would not refund me the difference. If you want to be scammed order from them.

2 years ago I wrote a review on how Rue La La sold me a fake LV bag, I've been reading many other reviews on how people have been victims of fraud as well and have not received a refund for the items purchased. Let me share with all of you what I did after, in order to get a refund, which I did. I went to the business bureau website and filed a complaint. I wrote down in details what happen and provided pictures. I was constantly checking for a response and only through that I was able to get a refund back. Everyone who has not yet gotten a refund should try it. Contact the business bureau and file a complaint against Rue La La. Good Luck Everyone!

I purchased a Louis Vouttion handbag several months ago. It's in perfect conditions because I never used it. I did my research because I notice the handbag was different from other bags and from those on different websites. It turned out to be FAKE! I called customer service and spoke to LINDSAY BERNARD she told me she would give me a call 2 days later. 2 days later I called and JACOB VALENTINE said they would not be able to accept my return because of the time frame, seriously? This is a bunch of crap and excuses! How are you not going to refund me for a fake bag?! (I payed $710 for this fake handbag) I have been asking for proof of authenticity and their excuse is that they can't provide me with any proof because it is a "used" handbag. All they do is "assure" you that is 100% authentic! They have been giving me the run around saying that they only give a 30 day refund while I see other reviews where they tell them that all (FAKE) handbags are FINAL SALE! I will take this to the next level if it is necessary! I will file a lawsuit this site should be shut down for selling false advertisement! Who is with me on this? I will file a lawsuit immediately! BEWARE OF THIS SITE!
