After placing my first order 1 month ago and not receiving it and reordering it The second order never made it to me. I've reached out to Fedex And rueLala and both keep sending me to contact the other to the search the item. Their only resolution is to give me credit and refund me but I will never do business with this company again and I will never order anything from the Wendy Williams show if it comes from Rue La La.

Ordered eye cream and seum set seen on the Wendy Williams show advertised as a high end product but was sent fake products. I called their customer service and was told that that was what was advertised on their website. They advertised D'or 24k gold but was sent D 24k golden eyes. Scam!

I purchased a Nuwave Air Fryer from Ruelala. 1st problem they applied the charge and it went from pending to dropping off my bank account a total of 8 times and Ruelala stated it was because they do not fully charge you until they sell all of the same product that you have purchased. 2nd problem The Nuwave came with no manual or recipe book as stated online and on the box. 3rd problem 4 months later Rulala just charged my credit card another 69.98 again I called and not one representative or supervisor could explain and it was returned the same day. I mailed the Nuwave back after looking online for the manual and the recipe book and learning it was a 150 page print out. And Ruelala did refund me after 4 phone calls and a stern arguement as to why I should not have to eat the shipping charge and Ruelala should. My first time doing business with them and my last time. And ti think I was thinking of making a much bigger price purchase from them. Thank God I did not.

Ruelala is a totally transparent sample sale website that is invite only. Their customer service is wonderful and eventhough you are not paying pennies for a Louis Vuitton bag like the promise on evil oohilove.com at least the site is legit and on the up and up. I will continue to shop here but not until I have paid off the maxed out credit card from EVIL EVIL EVIL oohilove.com (the scammers).

I ordered from the top 3 sample sites a couple days before Christmas (Rue La La, Ideeli, and HauteLook). Rue La La impressed me the most. My packaged arrived Christmas Eve, and the dress was as described. I WILL shop here again, and have told family and friends to join as well.

Ideeli came in second. My packaged arrived a week later. Not to shabby. The dress was as described. However I ordered a red watch and they sent me a pink one. With a "credit only" policy, I will not shop with them again. How can I get credit only for THEIR MISTAKE?!

HuateLook is in dead last as my package hasnt even shipped yet! Even if I like my items when they arrive I won't recommend them either. I have purchased Ebay items from India and Thailand that literally have come faster. To be state-side and take this long is INEXCUSABLE!

I bought shoes. Which they couldn't delver and the only reason I bought a shirt is to reduce shipping cost. They delivered the shirt but not the shoes. They wanted to charge the shipping cost. I wanted them to reduce the shipping cost. The only reason I bought the shirt was the shoes. They kept referring to 10 dollars on next order. I wanted my shipping reduced now. Do not use these guys. Same ole same ole. Bad customer service

The worst Espoo have ever heard. Ordered a watch on Dec 8, $300 didnt receive it until Dec 29. So I had to spend more money to get a different present. Returned it 3 days later and still havent got my money back. Talked to one representative, she told me they received the watch and I should get my refund in 7-10 business days. After 11 days, without a refund, I called back and talked to another representative. He said they havent received the watch. Trucked it, with FedEX, it was received 15 days ago! So now I dont know which one is which! Talking about we are doing the best we can! Bull$#*!! WARNING DO NOT SHOP RUE LA LA! Worst mistake I have ever done! STAY AWAY!

Total scam! Sent me items I did not order and then tried to get me to buy the wrong items. When I refused they tried to get me to pay the return cost to China for the wrong items! I never received what I ordered and had to dispute it in the credit card! DONT BUY FROM THEM! Only gave it one star because it wouldn't go through without selecting a rating.

Accidentally ordered a boots…noticed right away
Contacted customer service right away …they wasn't helpful and sent the 2 size smaller boots to my old address where I told them I don't have access and will not receive

I order from them 6 dinning chairs and nightstands in April. Received the nightstands and the quality was horrible so decide to cancel the dinning chais. We are now in the month of JULY and I haven't receive my money for $1500. 00. They keep telling me that in a couple more days or that my bank does not release my money. Called my bank and they said that they will never withhold a deposit and that the company never tried to make a refund. Don't order from them. If anyone can help to try to get my money from them please let me know.

I placed an order for one item total $29.99 and had SEVEN charges to my account webchat advised it was charged due to an error in address entry and a "supervisor" Jake said order place was hit 7 times... makes zero sense Web char was THU morning and nothing was done customer service SAT on call had credit dept remove charges unexplainable why that wasn't done on THU- sent email inquiries and have heard nothing. I will never use this site or any companies related to Rue lala

We bought merchandise from RUE LA LA site which is a problem! If you can't try it on and you normally take a size 6 then if a size 6 doesn't fit then have a return policy! RUE LA LA has to come out of the stone age, almost every other website site goes out of the way to make sure that the return policy is easy to follow, and makes it worth shopping on. NO RETURN is not a policy, especially when you just want to different size the size you normally take. I would stay away from this company at all costs now, and recommend that you do too!

I use to work there and can honestly say I have no idea how they're still even in business. They sell FAKE products and ship them out damaged on top of it already being fake. It's also the Nastiest place I've ever worked. There's dust literally EVERYWHERE and tons of DEAD BUGS throughout the warehouse. Please DO NOT BUY FROM RUE LA LA! Save your hard earned money and time!

I've purchased from Rue la la in the past... never any high end items, Can't see paying thousands or even high hundreds for items that may not be real, or I haven't seen. In addition, I usually stay clear from final sale because it tends to be used stuff that they want to get rid of. In any event, collectively I'd say my total purchases have exceeded a fair amount of money. Throughout my shopping experience, from time to time, my packages were somehow "lost"... was it the post office (they generally use a FedEx courier serviced by the USPS) or was it ever sent? They can't ever answer that question, although they like to say how "sorry" they are for merchandise not being received. I don't need sorry... I need answers. Why does this keep happening? There have also been times where merchandise was missing (i. E., a belted coat, without the belt); damaged (dents on outside of travel coffee mug), etc. This last time, my product had a 2-3 week delivery. Rue la la sent me an email on September 20,2016 stating that the product was sent, yet when I checked the tracking, it was vague-- it was en route as of September 17,2016, supposedly at the destination, but the actual delivery date was "pending"... that tracking info never changed and Rue could offer no reason. I'm done. I can shop so many other places. HauteLook and Nordstrom Rack's prices are better, and I've had better service with them, aside from the fact that you can return items to the store. So long Rue... nice knowing you.

I did two purchase more than $100 each and I returned them both in the same box. They stole one and refunded me only one. Be very careful when returning because you might not get your money.

Such a Deceiving Return Policy! Ruelala Do Not clearly say on their website that "Free returns" only work if you agree to take "Store credit" and If you want original form of Payment you have to pay $9.99 for every returned Item!
The Items I ordered(dress and shoes) were in very poor quality. I also ordered some earrings for $35 (Original price was more than $300 on their website). However when I received it I was really surprised that this thin metal earrings could cost more than $300. I could've bought similar or even better quality earnings at Clair's for $5.
So, I decided to return all the Items that I bought.

It's been 2 weeks since they've got the returns back. So far, they issued partial refund in Store Credit. I really hope I will get rest of my refund.
After reading all the bad reviews(read them too late) about (fake products, not getting refunds and bad customers service) and receiving very poor quality items myself.
And now I'm very frustrated about what items to order for the partial Store Credit they gave me. And guessing what products could be less fake on Their website.

I'm very disappointed with whole shopping experience. I just wanted to treat myself for my Birthday Day. Instead my Birthday Shopping turned into stress.
I will never order anything from Ruelala again, after I use all my store credit. And will unsubscribe from all their mailing list.
Please stay away from this very Dishonest Company

I just got off the phone with customer service (she was very nice) to find out that the headboard and FRAME that I ordered online meant that the frame was the two legs that hold up the headboard, not a bedframe. YIKES. Since this was a no return item I now have an expensive headboard but no matching frame for it. And btw, it took 4 emails to finally even get attention from them.

HORRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS. I ordered a cape 10 days ago, then I received an email that it was 'no longer available'. They need to check their inventory before they sell things. I will never use them again.

Tip for consumers:
If you MUST order from them, call and make sure the item is indeed available before you pay for it!!! Also shipping times are outrageous.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses (along with several other items) 11 months ago. Received them no problem, moved on with my life. This morning I wake up to a charge to my bank account that should not be there. I called to inquire about it, and Rue La La states that the payment never went through when I ordered the sunglasses and that they've been attempting to bill me ever since. Now this is bull$#*!. I was not once contacted. There's money in the account, so there's no way it's been declined for 11 straight months. No one could give me any answers, and I'm absolutely dumbfounded that they would ship an item if the payment was supposedly declined. I have multiple charges that cleared to my bank account from them around the same time, so it makes absolutely no sense. Their customer service is completely unhelpful, even the supervisor was clueless as to why I was never notified about the charge and why it would take 11 months to come out. Spoke to multiple people and the only answer I got was that it was a system error.

I completely understand that if there was money owed, then I need to pay them. But I should've been notified not spontaneously charged nearly a year later. That is absolutely no way to do business. I work for a large retailer and when errors like this occur, the company takes the loss, because we view our customers as far more valuable than a little money lost, and would not risk losing a whole customer over something like this.

I was offered a small amount credit that is worthless to me because I will never be doing business with this company again.
