Rue Lie Lie won't answer my inquiries. I placed an order, never received it and I can't get them to respond to me. I'm very worried that they have my CC information and frankly I think I have been scammed. We will see, I'm watching them closely. My fault, I should have read the reviews first a dumb dunderhead would not buy from this outfit after reading the reviews. Don't be tempted folks.

I ordered a table, which arrived with a lot of parts missing. I contacted the customer service and waited a month to receive the missing parts. And they did not fit! I contacted them again and was told that I should contact the manufacturer. After a ton of back and forth, they are said that they will send me a return label. The return label they sent me says baby wrap or something which I have never ordered. Contacted them again, and never heard back.
Every time you contact them, they will tell you that they need to reach out to the returns team, which would respond within 3-5 days, which all end up being 10+ days.
The last time I heard from them, they said they have sent my request to the escalation team, and I can 'rest assured' that someone will contact me within 24 hours. Never happened.
And the stupid table has been lying in my apartment for over 2 months now.
Please run away from this website as far as possible and as fast as possible.

Everything I have purchased is either badly miss sized or is not first quality. I purchased a plus size swimsuit and bought my usual size and it looks like a size 8 or 10. I just opened a ring box and the ring has an obvious flaw in the tiger eye... looks like a knife mark down the side. Shipping takes forever. Other items I ordered were canceled after 6 weeks.

Why would anyone try to find the brands I like, when only way to search for clothing is to become a subscriber to the site. I do not add apps to my phone just to search a site...0 out of 10 stars

I was looking for a certain Burberry jacket. The smokey green color I wanted was unavailable in all stores online but I saw one in my size on here and snatched it as a "treat myself" purchase. It definitely wasn't a discounted price, but I was aware of that. It arrived today in great shape and is definitely what I expected. I was worried it would be used after reading reviews but it looks perfect and definitely genuine. I am also glad I chose to size up because my normal size would've been snug. I wonder if my experience would've been different had I purchased an item advertised as discounted, but availability was why I chose Rue La La for my first purchase, not price.

I ordered a bathing suit which came and didn't fit. Called to find out how to return it. The woman on the phone said that she would review the return and get back to me in 5 to 7 days. She also said bathing suits are non returnable. All the tags are on it and I have never worn it. Just tried it on to see if it fit. I found out how to print a free postage label and sent it back today. If I don't see a credit on my charge after they receive it, I will call my credit card company and dispute. Will never order anything from them again. Terrible company!

I love the clothes but the site is always going down! Right now it will not even recognize my username/password. Last week it kept timing out. I would spend the money on the clothes if the site actually worked!

They shipped to the wrong address, charged me $400 and told me that they could not change the address and I would have to go pick it up, which is impossible. I called Fedex and they told me the shipper can call in and update the address since the items haven't shipped. I contacted Ruelala and they told me they could not do that. So, I'm out the cash and the items because they won't pick up the phone to change the shipping address. I will never ship here again and hopefully you won't either. Terrible customer service.

Today i tried to buy something, when i held it in my shopping bag with in 5 min it was taken away and sold out. There is no preset time written in their web site- i usually buy so many things from them, i am extremely dissapointed! Be aware of their scam! Usually ideeli or other website has a preset time of 15 min or so and they mention it immediately but ruelala has no such a thing. And when i called they have no ans for this. I m surprised they treat their loyal customer this way. I want every body to be aware of their bad customer care

Ordered a bag last week and been checking everyday for the status. Until this morning, found out that it has been cancelled! Called the customer service to double check and she said that it has been cancelled due to a mismatch of an address thru my AMEX & Mobile number, wtf! That doesn't make sense, meaning if my mobile is under my aunts name & address I cannot buy from them? You ruined my Christmas wishlist Ruelala! Thank you for that! I will delete my Ruelala app and will tell my friends too!

Against my better judgement based on my past experience with Ruelala I utilized a free credit offer I was sent. I picked a necklace I thought was beautiful. I love green amethyst and peridot and placed my order. I was super excited to get my necklace. I was disappointed to find that I was sent the wrong version of my necklace. I emailed customer service and was asked if I would like a replacement or refund. I was then sent another email stating that I could not receive a replacement and included a return label. I would receive my refund "in my original payment" which was a credit Ruelala initiated. SCAM! Offer me some BS "gift", send me whatever they want, and put me thru the ringer to get what I actually ordered. NO THANKS!

This site used to be worth shopping but when you try to return an item of poor quality it becomes a huge ordeal. They say they will reimburse you and then they don't. They couldn't tell me why there was a delay so finally I had to disputed through my credit card company. Shortly after this they reimbursed me but then charged me an additional amount. When I called to dispute this they said they would refund me the money again. No one seems to understand what's going on when I call. They just say I should see the money back in a few days and then weeks later still no money. They then said they reimbursed it on a different card which I do not even posess. Such an irritating process over a very simple request. This is still not resolved. I will no longer be ordering anything from them.

When Rue called back and emailed also same result. "No refunds!" We'll give u Rue La La store credit only. You can't get ur $159.00 back!

I ordered an item from this company and paid through pay pal. This was my first order and I wanted it shipped to my post office box. Instead of them emailing me to tell me to contact them within a specific time frame or my order will be cancelled, they emailed me telling me my order was cancelled. They decided to cancel my order without telling me what the problem was. When I mentioned this to them the customer service representative said there was a technical error because they could not edit my address to change it, however, they did not have an alternate address to change it to. The error was not with technology it was with their customer service. I decided not to purchase the item from them.

Bought a pair a high end men shoes -in the box I received a pair of cheep woman shoes which I allready returned using the return label they provided after two calls. Nobody can tell me if they have the shoes I ordered and why I received something else. My advice: stay away from Ruelala

This place sucks a big fat one! I ordered a 6 tier pot rack for my dad's big day on July 4th. Been waiting on it to deliver and called customers service just to find out they cancelled my order due to fraud! I was upset and asked her why? Because my billing info and shipping info didnt match. Its not supposed to if your shipping product to surprise someone for a birthday gift! I told her that's why there's a place for billing info and shipping info they both dont necessarily need to match as long as the info is right. Well she told me again it was fraud! So now my dad isn't getting his gift cuz of this stupid place that cant even get there $#*! right! Dont recommend this site to anyone stay away! VERY POOR CUSTOMERS SERVICE!

I did not get what I was expecting... And of course I returned the g*****e. And to refund my money it took 60 days and that's not all, when they finally did it... Guest what? They credit the money in different amounts of $9.95 4 to be sure and they still own me $20.

I ordered Fendi sunglasses June 30,2021 & RueLaLa sent wrong pair. When I called, they said they did not have to correct pair to send me. They emailed me mailing labeling and said I would get "shipping refund" immediately and the difference when glasses arrived. I never got anything on my card. They email me 7/22//21 when glasses arrived back and said "5-7 business days for refund." After 9 business days, I contacted my credit card company to dispute the claim. Finally after my credit card company gave me refund, about 15+ business days, they refunded the purchases but without the shipping, as if I should have that expense for their mistake! DO NOT ORDER.

I got a gift certificate for Ruelala and oh my goodness what a waste of money. Everything they sell I was able to find online for less money and without exorbitant shipping. They charge a lot for shipping but two weeks after I placed my order they haven't even prepared it. What are you doing Ruelala, shopping for the items I requested at Ross or TJMax?

I returned 5 items, got email that they got it. I got refund for one only. I called and wrote numerous times and got promises that somebody will contact me, but it never happened. I called again and spoke with manager, he said that everything is fine, they received items and he is refunding "Now". He said that iI would get email and refund will be in 3-5 business days. But it did not happened. No email and refund. Hours and hours spend and lost $550. Be careful with returns.
