So disappointed in this site after having high hopes. Ordered nice jacket and 2 dresses. The two dresses are not the same as described, and one is definitely fake. Went online to return since they tout free returns. No such luck, only if you want credit to buy something else. If you want your money back, return shipping costs 9.99. Also, shipping is very slow. Do not recommend.

I have called numerous times to ask about things. They always picked up in a timely and friendly manner. Today I talked to Heather and she was more than willing to help me with my return. She was so friendly to the point where I feel so comfortable buying from this company! I Noticed a lot of bad reviews here but If it were me, I'd give this company a chance bc my last 3-4 experiences in the pas 6 months have been superior!

I used to love Nordstrom for their merchandise and customer service. However, I recently had a horrible experience with Nordstrom after years of loyalty to them. So, I now shop at other places that carry nice clothing and accessories. An item from Rue La La just came damaged, and when I called customer service, they made everything easy and took care of the situation within a couple of minutes.

I loved to purchase there but they are making charges unknown for things you didn't buy, have already contacted them and no reply. Be careful with your credit card, security is everything and they can't assure safety, scammers

Ruelala immediately charged my credit card. When the boots arrived(intended to be a gift), the bottoms were worn and they smelled like foot sweat. After two calls and an email, they sent me a free shipping return label.
I had been disgusted with the extremely slow shipping process. Also, when s return was needed, it could take weeks to receive a credit.
I'm done! Most of the merchandise isn't current. Skin care brands have posted on their sites not to buy from Ruelala, because they can't guarantee authenticity.

I used to buy here regularly and generally pleased. Site has gone downhill, clogged with merchandise. Still believed they sold authentic designer items until last week. Bought a pinko 'leather' belt that was garbage and looked like it made out of polyurethane plastic out of the box. Labels attached made to look like designer label actually said 'fabricated in China' and "100% polyurethane". No response from them yet pinko brand is all over their site still!

I expected spa towels
To be fluffy and soft.
A joke, right? Gloves are so so. Ceramic brush not worth 80 or the towels 50. You could keep the hair products, I already have many. Very dissatisfied. Never will order again from Trendy at Wendy's.

We purchased very expensive luxury sneakers in two sizes to free mine best fit. When the sneakers arrived, both were counterfeit. We cannot believe a company that claims to be selling authentic merchandise would do this. We will not shop with RueLaLa again.

I don't understand how a company can run in this fashion. They don't pick up phones and only refunded 1 of my 3 items I returned with no explanation and no communication. Order from somewhere else, it's not worth the time or hassle.

Pathetic company... I ordered a case of wine which was supposed to show up 2 days before Christmas and it never showed which left me with a very sobering dilemma! My credit card had been charged and I got a confirmation email saying everything was in order and I could track my package so I didn't see any reason why there should have been any issues. After my 4th time talking to customer service via online chat and over the phone during a 5 day period they finally decided to tell me that there must have been an in house computer glitch and that unfortunately the offer was no longer available... and that was it... What a sad horrible company...

I placed an order for 1 decorative plate only to receive Elena's from Miami Beach with 3 fragile items! It came in a giant box. When I called customer service, the woman said she would send a return label. I live in NYC. I am not carrying a huge box with fragile items onto the subway to get to the post office. So she offered to have UPS come by. Well, I live in an apt building and will most likely be at work. Does she offer me anything for this inconvenience? No. I had to ask her. I am the lucky recipient of a $10 credit toward my next order. I don't trust their shipping so doubt I will ever order from them again.

You stay on the phone for almost an hour and no one comes to assist you. Ships wrong stuff and customer service has no clue on how prices of items are sold. This company is not honest in keeping their word on price adjustments. What a shame.

I was sold 2 Soft tex pillows, promising they would always be cooling. Their was nothing cool about them. Then they tried to charge me for returning their product that didn't live up to what was promised. Wording about what your paying shipping of $9.95 for is vague as well. Turns out it's for future free shipping. Keep fighting them if you have any problems. I got the shipping fee dismissed after half an hour in chat and the free return.

I've never had a problem with this site. As a matter of fact, I've been an active member for a few years now. I always pay for the unlimited shipping because I'm always purchasing one or two things every other week. I love how organized the site is and how you can easily filter and save your preferences. Def makes a quicker shopping experience with just and click, purchase, and done. Wonderful place to shop, my first go to before other online sites.

I cannot speak for everyone but this was my experience. Ordered a pair of True Religion Jeans that turned out to be fake. I went on the True Religion website to check if this style even existed found no match. Wish I had reviews before purchasing anything. Haven't tried to return them I hope they don't give me a hard time.

I ordered twice from this site and both times no problem. Merchandise came in great condition and was well packaged and shipped fast. Their website is easy to use and overall run well only thing I don't like is there is no time in your shopping cart and buyers can buy the items in your cart so you better make a decision fast.
I give the three stars because they often have higher prices than ideeli. I bought an item on ideeli from free people for $14.99 and saw the exact same item on RueLaLa for $63.00 so I know prices are marked up considerably on some items. Selection is ok and definitely set up more like a small boutique rather than a mass shopping site. Overall good place to shop if you find something worthwhile and $9.95 for shipping.

Terrible experience! I finally were connected after 30 mins hold on line. This black woman was not speaking a word or greeting after she picked up the phone for about another 5 mins. She is completely in a phased out mode after I said my request then I had to repeat because she did not get it. She hanged up on me before I even finished! She should be fired! Will never return to shop again. Go bankrupt soon.

Ordered a messaging device that was advertised on Access On TV 80% off. Supposed to be delivered 2 weeks ago. Called today to find out they didn't have enough to cover all of the orders. NO notification in any way. Just a ploy to get you on their mailing address so they can send you a billion ads. Don't trust this site! They suck!

Once upon a time Rue was a friendly service with great offers on interesting and note worthy (clothes, furniture, housewares). Ordering and returns were easy & the Concierge staff accessible and helpful. No longer. They are not customer focused and were willing to lose me (a frequently and long term customer) over $30. I suggested they take a lesson from Nordstrom. Or REI. Or common sense 101

I have had issues come up with purchases now and again. Each time I dread going to their customer service because I know I'll get the same none-answer and no resolution to the problem. Then, when I really get angry, they will try to pacify me by throwing a $5 credit my way. I've given it a pass because the issues were minor but I should have listened to my gut and stayed away from this company. Now, they are not delivering on what they promised and it looks like I'm out $100. Worse, the emails they send back imply that I'm the one to blame - not them. What a despicable company.

This company went over and above what they needed to do to resolve the situation I was in. I purchased a YSL handbag from them. The item was posted as final sale, and arrived looking kinda strange but I trusted them as I purchased other items before and they seemed to be good. 2 months later I still have some doubt about the YSL bag so I had it authenticated. Turn out it was a fake bag. Since it already passed their 30 days return time frame, of course they refused to refund me the money. I had to submit a claim to my credit card bank and still waiting... dont know if i'll ever get my money back. People, stay away from rue la la
