I recently bought these beautiful sunglasses. It was By far the best purchase. Comfortable, and they Come with a very nice protective case, I got them For $80 alls, It is important to know that sunglasses Have an immeasurable protective function against UV rays. They protect our eyes from serious eye Diseases and are the best protection against Harmful sun rays.

Why would anyone try to find the brands I like, when only way to search for clothing is to become a subscriber to the site. I do not add apps to my phone just to search a site...0 out of 10 stars

I have ordered 3 things from this site; a pair of boots, a watch, and a pair of sunglasses. The boots had some slight scuffing to the leather and were NOT worth the $250 (site stated that they were normally sold for $580) I paid for them- very cheap quality for $250, let alone more. The watch was a joke- strap was wrinkled and the second hand didn't move. Sunglasses were huge (they didn't show a pic of them on a mannequin so you I couldn't tell the actual size). From what I have seen, this site sells the lowest quality good from good brand names or things from a couple seasons ago. Shipping is a flat $9.95, but you get charged for returns as well. If you want a return in form of original payment you have to go to their site and go through the returns page- don't expect money to your credit card otherwise. I won't shop at this site again, 2 out of 3 things were damaged/not working, returns aren't free (as should be with any reputable site- it is another way to dissuade you from returning the crap they sell), and in general not worth my time.

I did not find any savings on anything i saw on this store, it isn`t any different than any other expensive store. Their so called 40 % 50% Ect. Are simply false add.

Don't buy anything from Rue La La IS FAKEEE! I bought a Pandora Charm and I got a simple bag with NO LOGO and with a very very fake charm I noticed at first sight.
It is cheap because is FAKE! Then I went to the Pandora official store and they confirm what I thought... that I had been cheated and this was a Scam. So disappointed!

Tip for consumers:
It is cheap because is FAKE! I've added some pictures for you to compare a legit charm vs. a rue la la fake charm!

They suck! One of my orders got cancelled for "technical problems", two of my orders failed delivery after one month of my payment. I was looking forward for that package and was so disappointed. After I complaint these to the staff. They did nothing but saying "I am so sorry to hear that and I can imagen your disappointment". Are you kidding me? Then I am sorry when you run out of business in the future! IF YOU CAN'T DELIVER, DON'T RUN SHOPPING WEBSITE!

I ordered a pair of designer sunglasses. The Rue La La package finally arrived after a few weeks. When I opened the box, inside contained a case for the shades in a plastic bag sealed with a sticker. I took the case out of the bag and opened it, and there were no glasses inside the case. I did see a cleaning cloth and some authentication papers. I spoke to a Rue La La representative, and I went through a few steps, one was the examination of the package, and the representative entertained the possibility of the package being tampered with. I ruled out tampering since the package arrived in great shape. I did notice the seal (pretty much a sticker); that sealed the case for the glasses wasn't very sticky due to being opened prior.

I've been in contact with their customer support, which they call the "Concierge Service." I filled out a claim form, and we'll see what happens. This is my first purchase with this company, and I'm 100% confident this will be my last. I'll gladly pay full price for an item to avoid all this nonsense.

I will never shop here again and you shouldn't either. I purchased a very expensive purse and it was not as described. It was final sale so I hesitated to reach out to them for a refund but ultimately decided to do so since I never used the purse and it was so expensive. They refused to refund me. Wouldn't even consider it. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I ordered king size sheets after seeing the episode on the Wendy Williams show. Wendy and the rep stated how soft they were. Upon receipt of the sheets, they are of the harshest fabric EVER! I only washed one pillowcase, according to directions, and the product is NO WHERE NEAR SOFT! Andrew at customer service told me since I washed one pillowcase, I can't return the sheets. I was hoping after washing one pillowcase, I would see that the material was exactly as advertised on the Wendy Show. NOW WAY! I have ordered sheets before after watching Wendy Show and was totally satisfied with the softness of the sheets.
WENDY NEEDS TO STOP HAVING THEM ON HER SHOW! I'm now out $60 for false advertisement and misrepresented sheet quallity. Wish I had read about all the complaints about Ruelala prior to ordering this scam. Wendy NEEDS TO KNOW HOW UNDERHANDED RUELALA IS!

I bought a Raymond Weil watch from Rue La La in February of 2015, and it needs to be serviced. I called Raymond Weil customer service only to be told that Rue La La is NOT an authorized reseller, and that the warranty will not be honored. I've been in touch with multiple Rue La La employees including Britney and Jennifer but I am just getting a run around.

Update - Dec 23,2015:

I finally received a refund on the watch after multiple e-mails and phone calls to Rue's customer service. Rue's customer service managed to make the things right, but my confidence in the company is non-existent, and I will not buy anything from them in the future.

This website is a fraud, I purchased some very expensive shoes and dress for my daughter. I spent over $800 on a pair of shoes and one dress. They sent it via Fedex, yes I was stupid enough to pay for Fedex for safety concerns. They authorized Fedex to leave it at the curb in the middle of the day. Obviously, when I arrieved home from work there was no package. I contacted RueLaLa to inquire why in the world would you allow to leave such a package without a signature?!?! Their response was simple, it is your problem if the package is missing, we dropped it at the curb, good luck! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE, IT IS A TOTAL SCAM.

The sheets caught the prongs of ALL my rings as I moved around while sleeping As a result the threads pull on the sheets ALOT. The print is only on one side. Believe me, this caused SERIOUS damage to my rings, which has never been remotely caused by any other sheets.

I got suckered into buying for the 1st & last time. My credit card got hacked about 2 hours after my transaction at Rue La La. I sent an email to them notifying them that they had a security problem & all I got back was a bot answer.

I ordered a Johnny Was dress in my regular size which is a small, the dress was too big so I processed the return to receive credit. I realize the xs in the said dress was available so I called customer service to request a refund instead considering my free shipping was running out and that I wouldn't get the credit before then to reorder the dress. I was told by the agent that my decision made sense and I would be refunded my $69.99. Fast forward to a little over a week later, I noticed $69.99 credit in my Rue account, by that time I had already reordered and received the dress in an xs. I called to explain that I should be receiving a refund instead of a credit as this was previously discussed. Only to be told that I would be receiving $60 instead of $69.99, and that was their policy. This woman was so unprofessional, kept talking over me pretty much the whole encounter. As a long time customer of Rue la la, I am beyond disappointed. You do not treat customers that way, and anywhere my business is not appreciated, I'll take it elsewhere. There are way to many retailers out here to take you all b. S. Bye Rue la la!

I ordered a camisole $60, but I received a completely different sweater! When I asked for a refund, they gave me a $10 dollar credit. I looked up the price of the sweater, and it was only $30! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK YOU DUMBASSES!

I purchased a pair of Cristian Louboutin shoes (picture attached) for my niece and they're not the right size. High end shoes with a high end price that you would think they would do anything possible to make this customer happy. All I was wanting to do was exchange them for a larger size. Not a return just an exchange. My niece just lost her mom and I lost my sister and to honour her and lift my niece's spirits a bit was the reason for doing this. After a long response to my exchange request it was returned with a very short, curt, response saying that all sales were final. Disgusted with the level of service I received and very clearly told them that this review would not be a positive one. Sure it's a "discount" site but cmon! Bottom line is please don't waste your time on these scumbags. They will take your money and leave you hanging. They are on the same level as the scammers in Mumbai telling you that your internet security has been compromised and you have to pay them in Target gift cards. Not even worthy of a star. If there were negative stars they would get a few of them. Stay away! Now my niece has a pair of beautiful shoes she cannot wear and is now faced with having to try to sell them on her own you get the ones she can wear. Very disappointing

I ordered a harley davidson shirt but received a another shirt and a swimsuit instead when i notified them they wanted pictures which i sent then they told me they did not have the item i ordered so the sent a different shirt and the swimsuit as a free gift i requested a pre paid label which they refused to give me they kept offering a discount on what i paid all i want is the item i ordered i have never heard of a company that sends you something else in place of what you ordered instead of canceling your order DO NOT DUE BUSINESS WITH THESE CLOWNS!

Just don't buy it. They canceled my orders without any notification and when I contacted them, they said the cancelation is due to the unmatched information of my billing address of my card and asked me to reorder. Before I replaced my order, the live agent checked all the information for me and said all was good. However, my order was canceled again that night without any reason. When I tried to contact the customer service at 6pm EST, they said their work time is 9am-9pm EST and they are closed now, which confused me a lot. So just don't buy anything from this website. THIS WEBSITE IS A BIG JOKE.

I saw today an increidible deal for Pandora Jewelry, to good to be true, I called a few Pandora stores and they told me they DO NOT have sale items, they are not affiliated with RUE LA LA, the only specisl they carry is a free bracelet for every 100 dollar purchase, they have two outlet stores that carry discontinued charms that are for a more economical price.

They sell COUNTERFIET Designer Bags... Buyers Beware! I bought a Louis Vuitton Damier Neverfull... They guaranteed that it was authentic however it was not... I have called, emailed and sent them pictures. They are not giving me a refund and continue to say it is 100% authentic? I have filed a consumer complaint against them via BBB and the FBI internet fraud dept. I am disputing with my bank as well. SHAME ON RUE LA LA! I wish there was a way to rate them with a NEGATIVE star~

FAKE PRODUCT.
D24K ADvanced Eye Cream.
The product says FDA ComPLAINT, unread of FDA ComPLIant. Very concerned this is EYE cream. Who knows what is in this FAKE Product. Guess Rue La La does not Monitor the priducts

I have received items in the past from this site. I ordered two toys for my nieces birthday on 3/6 and they were supposed to be shipped before 3/27 (birthday is on 4/3). I saw an updated status on 3/27 looking like it was going to be shipped out. On 3/29 I saw no change- I spoke to Rue's concierge service and they refunded my shipping and said they would respond with an update from the company. On 3/31 (Monday) I didnt receive any updates so I called again and received a so called concierge that told me that per the notes they gave my shipping back and they will provide an update to me within 5-7 days (I was never told that initally). I said I was not intersted in the shipping but the actual product and was shocked that they were not following up with the company as I expected. After a lot of back and forth of the same answers from them I was put on hold and the rep came back on and magically had an answer that the company would be shipping the next day and the products should be received by 4/11 - well past the birthday. They showed no concern for the lack of commitment or service. They stated that there was nothing that they could do (couldnt expedite shipping due to late delivery etc). I suggest if you want a product- stick with Amazon over Rue- I should have and would have had the product within 2 days from ordering if I had ordered from them. They also have much better customer service.
