I recently bought these beautiful sunglasses. It was By far the best purchase. Comfortable, and they Come with a very nice protective case, I got them For $80 alls, It is important to know that sunglasses Have an immeasurable protective function against UV rays. They protect our eyes from serious eye Diseases and are the best protection against Harmful sun rays.

I will not go back to this website. My worst online shopping experience! So I ordered 2 items, they promised me that I can receive it by December 24. It didnt, and did not shipped after 3 processing days. Suddenly, they told me that one of the item has been cancelled. When I received the other item, it was in wrong size. I was asking if they can do anything for the whole inconvenience, all they do is refund my shipping only. I am extremely disappointed, I do not recommend and will not go back here!

My wife just opened her package from Rue La La and there was not a charm inside. Just an empty box. Unbelievable! This is Valentine's Day! Needless to say, I will not purchase from them again! #epicfail

Ok, so I thought I was getting a great deal by buying Predire Paris skin product at 95% off. I was like, hmm i never heard of Predire but 95% off is a real good deal so i'll buy it. Then I remembered my dad always told me that if a deal is too good to be true, then it's not true. So I did some digging, and guess what I found. Have you ever walked through malls and get stopped by someone trying to try cream on you and hard sell you? Well that's Predire "and their other various brands" booth. They often show you their website selling the same cream for $1000 plus and hoping you would buy if they give you 95% off. So, from what I learned is that Ruelala carries a lot of no-name brands and they jack up the retail price then give you amazing discount to sell those products at a price they should have been priced at to begin with. So, you are not getting a deal on Ruelala, you are getting a fair price, but no deal though. Lol

I ordered several items from Rue La La (ranging from Jimmy Choo bag to Villeroy & B cutlery set). Their service has always been great. The delivery is speedy. Packaging is great. Quality outstanding. I never had to return an item to them, so not sure how effective the return process is. I'm not suite sure why others give it less than 5 star.

I have made 4 purchases from Ruelala and have had fast shipping, correct orders and find the website to be credible. I don't like paying for the shipping, but they lump your whole order into one. Once you pay shipping for one item, it will cover the rest of the items that you buy that day.

I cannot loginto my account, even tried to reset password. In my account there are store credit from returns (don't know why they do not refund to my credit card). So I called customer service, I was put on hold for 30 minutes+, no customer representative answered. I don't know how long to wait. I tried another time calling, same thing that it asked me to stay in line, and I waited 30+ minutes. Still no one answered. I lost $100 with no access to my account, and cannot reach out to their customer service.

Wrong bag delivered and complaint email was sent
Long waits to replies. Was asked to send in photos and was told a response email will be sent within 3 to 5 business days. Customer service does not respond to complaints promptly. Still waiting for a response. Initial email sent 9-10 business days ago and still waiting for assistance. I have never had such terrible service! It's been an incredibly frustrating experience!

This website is total trash. Their security check team is really a joke. They canceled my order just because my wife used my credit card. Yeah they say everything must match...
And my account was suspended b/c of this. Customer cannot help and ask us to wait for 24 -48 hours for their genius security team to figure it out.
They dont care about their customers so dont waste your time and money

Buyer beware as you are not getting what they promise. I bought 2 Donald Philner shoes at $169 each. Upon receipt, the box smelt extremely funny but I decided to just air it out, BIG MISTAKE. After wearing the shoes I broke out with a horrible foot rash. They offered a whopping $20 credit for their $330 shoes that I have to throw away. I had purchased before and had incorrect sizes sent to me and had to pay for the return of the product. Buyer beware as the discounts are not worth the overall cost you will supposedly save.

Tip for consumers:
As long as you love the product you are great. If you have any problems this company will take advantage of you as they already have your money. There are plenty of these kind of companies and I suggest you use them.

The quality of the merchandise I have ordered from Rue-LaLa has been fine. The shipping has been painfully slow. I'm convinced they are using the pony express. Ordered a suitcase that did not arrive until after I left for trip. I have ordered numerous items and have not received 1 in a reasonable time frame. I'm done with Rue LaLa

I ordered two sets of luggage, the delivery date passed. So I called, first she said they just got shipment in and was about to distribute them, when I told her to cancel my order because I was traveling tomorrow and would need to go purchase luggage she said well it was shipped already. So which is it, customer service was horrible, I thought since it was advertised in Wendy's show I could depend on them, never again. I pray I can get my money back. #thewendywilliamsshow

I bought some baby clothes which they claimed are from Juicy Couture brand which had a discount but when I received them it was not Authentic and the quality was bad. I sent them an email they said it can't be returned or refunded cause it's final sale.
And I plan to file a complaint in FBI for a cyber crime and counterfeit goods..

I'm done with Rue La La! I have ordered from them about 15 times over the past 2 years. They have nice things, but too often they have sent me the WRONG ITEM! Of course they apologize profusely... but they cannot ever get you the right item after that because it is sold out! This is the final straw for me; I ordered a $400 chair and paid extra $20 for shippingl They sent the wrong bloody chair. Packing up the Giant box, wait for pick up, wait for refund... hassle... hassle... hassle... and now I can't even get the chair I want! DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME.
(This has happened to me at least three times... yet they always seem shocked that it happened... well I'm not anymore after reading others' reviews!)

I ordered two picnic tables for a party for $ 3,200 promised by June 20th in stock. I called as it was getting close because I need for a funeral. They said they haven't shipped but will be soon, and here I'm a few days away so I called, and they say sorry sir we cancelled your order, and you will get a refund. I asked so when where you going to call me, and tell me you just decided to cancel? No answer. I will never buy anything from Rue Lala. They should rename it Ha Ha Ha

This company is a joke! Do NOT place an order with them. I ordered over $1500 worth of designer shoes and never received the order- I put them on my PayPal credit account so PayPal credit paid them immediately and they refuse to give a refund for items they never delivered.

Just found out I have to pay $9.95 to ship but if the item doesn't work for me I return but still, they charge me $9.95. How ridiculous is that, Very disappointing experience. I would tell anyone to avoid and make sure before they order.

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. Do not buy from this site. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a company and I will be sure to send this feedback to everyone I know. I have never in my life seen such a drawn out draining process to receive a product and even longer to return it. I paid for expedited two day shipping and my product came two weeks later! I also sent the product back the same day it came to return it and a month later still have yet to receive my refund. With packing and shipping skills like this and and umempathic customer support you won't be in business long! I will tell everyone and every social media platform not to purchase from you so they don't have to deal with the same gut wrenching experience I had too.

I ordered a dress that was never received as promised. When I checked on it, they said it was at the post office and could not be delivered but they could not give me any reason why it wasn't delivered. They said it happens 10% of the time. Go figure - I receive Prime deliveries almost daily. Customer service had no reasons and was very unhelpful. They don't really want your business. I don't recommend this company!

I had to select one star, but I didn't want to select any! I've never written an online review in my life! This business is just a front to get credit card information. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE. They actually need to be shut down. Poor reviews aren't enough. They will still continue to prey on unsuspecting people. Spread the word!

I recently had a terrible experience with Rue. I especially liked to shop their web site for children's clothes. I placed an order and planned to use the merchandise for my grandchildrens birthdays. Six weeks after placing order I still did not have clothing. When I called regarding the order, their concierge did not have a clue how long it would take for them to mail me my order. I am no longer using this web site. It is very unreliable. You cannot count on receiving their merchandise.

OMG, worst company this is the 4th time they charged my credit card $40 without my approval. I used one of their return labels and they are only supposed to charge $9.95 for the label. They charged my card $19.97 just not two times. That is $40! I'm reporting them and disputing this charge. Liars and thieves!

Let me started by saying how upset I'm about this online shopping, I been ordering things from them for over 2 years and so far everything was ok until my husband order a Louis Vuitton bag for $1500 dollars and the bag for my birthday and the bag never came to our house, it said was delivered and we never got it, on the same day that my husband so that the bag was never delivered, he started to call and first they said wait for 3 days and then they said to make a policy report, they never help with anything. I don't understand how they send an item for $1500 dollars without signature request, I don't know if they did that on they end saying they send and they never did or if really got lost. It's hard to understand, and I dont want that to be the customer lost because sometimes people put too much effort to be able to buy something that they can even afford.
That's not fair!

I purchased a Gucci handbag from Rue La La. When I questioned clue authenticity of the item, customer service offered me no help whatsoever. You cannot guarantee the authenticity of your items and sell counterfeit goods. It's not right. I am out $800 and Rue La La does not care. Buyer Beware!

I placed an order on May 22 because this is apparently where you buy the items featured on the Wendy Williams Show (Trendy at Wendy). By 6/13, the order still has not processed or shipped. If you do place an order, be sure to use PayPal or some service where you can file a claim and get your money back because this all seems like a scam.
