I recently bought these beautiful sunglasses. It was By far the best purchase. Comfortable, and they Come with a very nice protective case, I got them For $80 alls, It is important to know that sunglasses Have an immeasurable protective function against UV rays. They protect our eyes from serious eye Diseases and are the best protection against Harmful sun rays.
Item didn't turn up even though they stated delivered. Have kept me hanging on for a refund for 6 weeks now. Need to be reported as scammers!
They REFUSE to unsubscribe you from their emails, which go out several times a day. No one wants to be spammed and after 3 months of waiting (they say it takes 10 days but for me it's been 95 days) and exchanging many emails with their customer service department, I am still receiving their spam emails. They are the spammers from Hell!
Do yourself a favor and don't do business from them in the first place. Buy from one of their competitors instead (Gilt Groupe, Shopbop, Revolve, Shopstyle, etc.).

I bought a pair of beautiful earrings. When delivered they were missing a push back. I wanted a replacement. They had no more in stock and told me to keep earrings and they credited my account.
This is the way to do business with a customer.

This company is despicable! How anyone can sell and ship this way is disgusting. I ordered a flat iron for my daughter and when i received it, the box was damaged and opened, then the iron was just laying there not wrapped in plastic or anything AND there was HAIR, yes HAIR in the iron itself. It was also damaged and used. I asked for a refund and i now have to wait 5 days for a return label! I will never ever order from this company again. If i could give them a 0 star i would.

Ordered beach towels because I saw them on the Wendy show and they looked really nice. I was very disappointed with the quality of the towels, very thin. I looked into returning them but they charge you $10 for shipping. Keeping them, not worth the hassle, especially after reading the reviews.

Bought a perfume from them and it was either a fake or expired. They would not accept the return.
Also bought 2 expensive pens from them and given to two separate ppl and they both broke within 3 months. Tried to return them bc they were defective and would not accept the return.
3 bum buys in 1 years seems like a pattern and not the exception. Will not be using them again because of fake/defective products

Personal experience dealing with my large order being sent to wrong address and then not wanting to refund my money. I took photoshots of the two "chat" conversations about the address mistake was assured both times that the address was corrected. It was not.

Ordered Louis Vuitton handbag at RueLaLa and I received a fake Louis Vuitton!. In description it says: Accompanied by a generic dust bag. It arrives without authentic dust bag. The bag was visibly fake not with genuine leather et. C. Looks like cheap copy selling in china town. I was able to return the item it took long time though to negotiate and receive return labels. This is not 1st time I receive fake designer item listed as authentic. I believe Rue La La doesn't check items for authenticity (compare to The Real Real) and mostly sells fake designer items. Don't buy any luxury designer's items from Rue La La - most of them or maybe even all are NOT Authentic!

I have no idea why everyone is making such poor reviews, I have used them for years and they always deliver. Luxe brands at 40-70% I love their midnight purchases that expire in 12 hours. I buy my grandkids clothing and bedhead pjs and lots more, they even have refunded the final sales most likely because I am a prolific shopper. The only time I have been disappointed was in furniture they never delivered but they apologized and refunded me everything. They are legit

I wouldn't trust the condition guide any more. My bag I just received has cuts in the leather and it was labeled "excellent". When I talked to the customer service agent, he said "beauty is in the eye of the beholder". What an idiot. I guess you shouldn't expect excellent condition, when it is stated at such and you are paying those prices.
They offered $75 back, then $73 and then $70... a dent in the original if I wanted to keep it. Or I could return it.
So in short, don't bother with pre-owned here anymore.

I placed an order received a email stating they received my order and I should expect delivery on Wednesday Sept. 24. I never received my order. So did a online chat found out my order was cancelled never received an email or anything letting me know it had been cancelled and no explanation why either! Very disappointed I will probably never order from Rue LaLa again.

I purchased a bed, two nightstands, and two pillows. The bed footboard arrived without threads to attach a leg. One of the nightstands was damaged. Only one of two pillows arrived. It has been approximately 6 weeks since the issues were reported. Multiple chats and emails have been sent. I've been told multiple times that another 1 to 3 business days are needed to resolve the situation. So much time has elapsed that the items are no longer available on their website, and their solution was to pack up the bed and return it for a refund. Nothing stated about nightstands or pillows. This is not an acceptable solution, and this company does not listen, nor care, about what you want or what would make you, the customer, happy to resolve the issues. I warn you to think about purchasing from this company. Everything is great UNLESS you have a problem with an order.

This customer service staff has literally ZERO power to provide customer service. I placed an order over the phone and repeated my shipping address THREE times because she kept spelling the street wrong. The order finally went through and when I was notified that it had shipped, the address was wrong! When I called them they told me there was nothing they could do about it. Absolutely ABSURD statement from the company who did the shipping AND the fail. So I am out the money as my package will clearly be stolen. I deleted the app and will never order again.

In the middle of one night, I awoke to Access Hollywood deals segment. One of the deals was this InStyler Max 1.25in. 2-way rotating Iron, offered for $29.99. I got right on line to take advantage. Of course I found something else to order too. I placed 1 order for the hair tool and a ring.
The ring arrives when the confirmation said it would, but a month later, still no hair tool. I email customer service, and they respond with an apology for that item having to be cancelled. To end the conversation, they blamed the product, maker by saying "we have no way of knowing why the manufacturer cancelled." Then they tell me that I will be able to take advantage other deals in the future. No, I wasn't charged for what I didn't receive, but I paid too much s&h for an item that weighed less than an ounce and arrived in way too large a package. This experience was unsatisfactory enough to turn me off from RueLaLa for good! I'll be letting Access Hollywood know of my experience too.

This has got to be the worse online business - unfortunately, I just saw this website, or else I would have stayed away in the first place. They basically misadvertised an item I purchased, and then refused to take it back when I tried to return it. Then when I called them, their customer service "concierge" supervisor tried to make me feel guilty for returning it, misquoting information in the process. I am telling all my friends and family to stay away from this website. I have purchased final sale items that have stains and blemishes on it as well - they are TERRIBLE all around.

Please make sure if you received something damage, you take lots and lots of pictures. My mistake, I received a broken necklace with the pendant, I returned the package has received without taking pictures and this company refused to issue me a refund but kept the necklace. If you refuse to issue me a refund than the right thing to do was resend me back the necklace so I can sell it and recoup some the money I'm out. They literally stole from me. I'm writing this review to make sure this does not happen to anyone house.

Never order from them, I placed an order on May 5th, it's May 15 and nobody knows where my package is! I called customer service all they can say is "wait a few more days" when I ordered it said delivered by May 12th; it's the 15 going on the 16 & they don't even know the location of my package! I want a refund they can keep their items!

I spoke to a very nice lady who help me place the order over the phone. I wanted to get the new customer and free shipping discounts. I called to check on the order today and they said it was never placed. I do not know what happened. I opted for the four payments and thought everything was good to go. It wasn't. The hat is long gone.

The heading of the website states 30 days of free shipping. I was charged shipping anyway. According to the customer service there is some fine print that says: Place an order and pay the shipping costs, after that, get free standard shipping for 30 days. Very misleading to have to research to find this!

They have 9.99 shipping and you would get free shipping in 30 days. I orders several items separately and didn't like them so i returned. They charged me 19.98 for the first item, the other ones were 9.99 for each for return shipping?

I ordered a stainless steel chip and dip bowl for a gift and received a cheap crappy bowl. Obviously a picking and packing error. The person who's invoice was in the box was for the same item I ordered and still the wrong item in the box. They acted like I was making it up and made me take several photos of the item. They then emailed me a shipping label instructing me to repackage it and find a FedEx shipping location. Now they tell me they cannot fill my original order. All in all I have been horribly inconvenienced as I am caring for my husband that just had surgery and have to deal with sending back a cheap $12 bowl. Are they kidding? Their policies are a joke.

Just wondering if anyone ordered the gold initial necklace. It was on rachael rays show. Still haven't received it. Ordered on January 28. Tried to cancel order after I read the horrible reviews. A little to late unfortunately. Of course they wouldn't cancel it said it was already out of their hands. Alto it still shows processing. I can't understand why they don't shut these businesses down. Makes me so mad getting scammed. They emailed me a return label for sending it back if I ever get it. Than who's to say if they even refund me back. Probably better off just keeping the thing if I ever get it. So basically I probably bought a $5.00 necklace for $170.00. I will never order anything on a website again. Live and learn unfortunately.

I bought a new expansive handbag. It has been my worst online purchase I have ever had.
First, it took 10 days for me to finally receive it. So the shipping service in Ruelala has been the slowest based on my many years' only purchases. Secondly, I found the new handbag was warped when I received it. When I asked for return, Ruelala can only return me as Ruelala credit, because this handbag was final sale. However, I returned this handbag was because of the quality not my problem. So, this is outrageous.

Rue Lie Lie won't answer my inquiries. I placed an order, never received it and I can't get them to respond to me. I'm very worried that they have my CC information and frankly I think I have been scammed. We will see, I'm watching them closely. I ordered a table, which arrived with a lot of parts missing. I contacted the customer service and waited a month to receive the missing parts. And they did not fit! I contacted them again and was told that I should contact the manufacturer. After a ton of back and forth, they are said that they will send me a return label. The return label they sent me says baby wrap or something which I have never ordered. Contacted them again, and never heard back.
Every time you contact them, they will tell you that they need to reach out to the returns team, which would respond within 3-5 days, which all end up being 10+ days.
The last time I heard from them, they said they have sent my request to the escalation team, and I can 'rest assured' that someone will contact me within 24 hours. Never happened.
And the stupid table has been lying in my apartment for over 2 months now.
Please run away from this website as far as possible and as fast as possible.
