I recently bought these beautiful sunglasses. It was By far the best purchase. Comfortable, and they Come with a very nice protective case, I got them For $80 alls, It is important to know that sunglasses Have an immeasurable protective function against UV rays. They protect our eyes from serious eye Diseases and are the best protection against Harmful sun rays.
Item didn't turn up even though they stated delivered. Have kept me hanging on for a refund for 6 weeks now. Need to be reported as scammers!
I have ordered an item 6 times they have charged my card 6 times I even spoke on the phone to make sure if I ordered it again it would not happen and surprise it happened AGAIN never resolved the issue blamed me and my card 3 out of the 6 times and it is still not resolved worst online shopping experience I have ever had

I purchased a product as a gift for someone and they had an allergic reaction to it. After having a live chat with the company representative she told me she didnt see a problem with me getting a refund. Although two days later I received an email stating that the ingredients are listed and I would not be getting a refund. Do yourself a favor avoid buying products from this company there is no fair customer service resolution.

Wendy Williams seems to endorse Ru La La. I've never ordered from Ru La La until they advertised these really nice handbags. I ordered 2 immediately and that was well over 2mths ago. Haven't received anything except a People magazine subscription and from reading the reviews, I'm glad! I researched this supposed "designer" bag and the price was much lower at Target... Maybe we should complain to Wendy so her show would consider not doing business with Ru La La. I hope Wendy's clothing line isn't this unprofessional and unreliable.

This is my 3rd time ordering from Rue lala, I spend 2000 on 2 orders in total and it was a waste.
1. Alexander McQueen bag someone switch my large out to a medium for the price of the large. I was credited 49.99 plus order price
2. Balenciaga cap and bag my items stated in email shipped yet No tracking info on Fed ex. Items werent replaceable no Supervisor available. No one held accountable

I had a credit for two pairs of shoes I sent back. Used it on a jacket that ended up to be too small. I wanted a larger size and could get it for regular price... so now I have nothing and they have the money for the shoes and coat.
Bad customer service. Need to bend rules to ensure customers are satisfied.

I will not go back to this website. My worst online shopping experience! So I ordered 2 items, they promised me that I can receive it by December 24. It didnt, and did not shipped after 3 processing days. Suddenly, they told me that one of the item has been cancelled. When I received the other item, it was in wrong size. I was asking if they can do anything for the whole inconvenience, all they do is refund my shipping only. I am extremely disappointed, I do not recommend and will not go back here!

2 years ago I wrote a review on how Rue La La sold me a fake LV bag, I've been reading many other reviews on how people have been victims of fraud as well and have not received a refund for the items purchased. Let me share with all of you what I did after, in order to get a refund, which I did. I went to the business bureau website and filed a complaint. I wrote down in details what happen and provided pictures. I was constantly checking for a response and only through that I was able to get a refund back. Everyone who has not yet gotten a refund should try it. Contact the business bureau and file a complaint against Rue La La. Good Luck Everyone!

I purchased a Louis Vouttion handbag several months ago. It's in perfect conditions because I never used it. I did my research because I notice the handbag was different from other bags and from those on different websites. It turned out to be FAKE! I called customer service and spoke to LINDSAY BERNARD she told me she would give me a call 2 days later. 2 days later I called and JACOB VALENTINE said they would not be able to accept my return because of the time frame, seriously? This is a bunch of crap and excuses! How are you not going to refund me for a fake bag?! (I payed $710 for this fake handbag) I have been asking for proof of authenticity and their excuse is that they can't provide me with any proof because it is a "used" handbag. All they do is "assure" you that is 100% authentic! They have been giving me the run around saying that they only give a 30 day refund while I see other reviews where they tell them that all (FAKE) handbags are FINAL SALE! I will take this to the next level if it is necessary! I will file a lawsuit this site should be shut down for selling false advertisement! Who is with me on this? I will file a lawsuit immediately! BEWARE OF THIS SITE!

I ordered several items from Rue La La (ranging from Jimmy Choo bag to Villeroy & B cutlery set). Their service has always been great. The delivery is speedy. Packaging is great. Quality outstanding. I never had to return an item to them, so not sure how effective the return process is. I'm not suite sure why others give it less than 5 star.

Ok, so I thought I was getting a great deal by buying Predire Paris skin product at 95% off. I was like, hmm i never heard of Predire but 95% off is a real good deal so i'll buy it. Then I remembered my dad always told me that if a deal is too good to be true, then it's not true. So I did some digging, and guess what I found. Have you ever walked through malls and get stopped by someone trying to try cream on you and hard sell you? Well that's Predire "and their other various brands" booth. They often show you their website selling the same cream for $1000 plus and hoping you would buy if they give you 95% off. So, from what I learned is that Ruelala carries a lot of no-name brands and they jack up the retail price then give you amazing discount to sell those products at a price they should have been priced at to begin with. So, you are not getting a deal on Ruelala, you are getting a fair price, but no deal though. Lol

I have made 4 purchases from Ruelala and have had fast shipping, correct orders and find the website to be credible. I don't like paying for the shipping, but they lump your whole order into one. Once you pay shipping for one item, it will cover the rest of the items that you buy that day.

I cannot loginto my account, even tried to reset password. In my account there are store credit from returns (don't know why they do not refund to my credit card). So I called customer service, I was put on hold for 30 minutes+, no customer representative answered. I don't know how long to wait. I tried another time calling, same thing that it asked me to stay in line, and I waited 30+ minutes. Still no one answered. I lost $100 with no access to my account, and cannot reach out to their customer service.

Wrong bag delivered and complaint email was sent
Long waits to replies. Was asked to send in photos and was told a response email will be sent within 3 to 5 business days. Customer service does not respond to complaints promptly. Still waiting for a response. Initial email sent 9-10 business days ago and still waiting for assistance. I have never had such terrible service! It's been an incredibly frustrating experience!

This website is total trash. Their security check team is really a joke. They canceled my order just because my wife used my credit card. Yeah they say everything must match...
And my account was suspended b/c of this. Customer cannot help and ask us to wait for 24 -48 hours for their genius security team to figure it out.

Buyer beware as you are not getting what they promise. I bought 2 Donald Philner shoes at $169 each. Upon receipt, the box smelt extremely funny but I decided to just air it out, BIG MISTAKE. After wearing the shoes I broke out with a horrible foot rash. They offered a whopping $20 credit for their $330 shoes that I have to throw away. I had purchased before and had incorrect sizes sent to me and had to pay for the return of the product. Buyer beware as the discounts are not worth the overall cost you will supposedly save.

As long as you love the product you are great. If you have any problems this company will take advantage of you as they already have your money. There are plenty of these kind of companies and I suggest you use them.

The quality of the merchandise I have ordered from Rue-LaLa has been fine. The shipping has been painfully slow. I'm convinced they are using the pony express. Ordered a suitcase that did not arrive until after I left for trip. I have ordered numerous items and have not received 1 in a reasonable time frame. I'm done with Rue LaLa

I ordered two sets of luggage, the delivery date passed. So I called, first she said they just got shipment in and was about to distribute them, when I told her to cancel my order because I was traveling tomorrow and would need to go purchase luggage she said well it was shipped already. I'm done with Rue La La! I have ordered from them about 15 times over the past 2 years. They have nice things, but too often they have sent me the WRONG ITEM! Of course they apologize profusely... but they cannot ever get you the right item after that because it is sold out! This is the final straw for me; I ordered a $400 chair and paid extra $20 for shippingl They sent the wrong bloody chair. Packing up the Giant box, wait for pick up, wait for refund... hassle... hassle... hassle... and now I can't even get the chair I want! DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME.

I bought some baby clothes which they claimed are from Juicy Couture brand which had a discount but when I received them it was not Authentic and the quality was bad. I sent them an email they said it can't be returned or refunded cause it's final sale.

I ordered two picnic tables for a party for $ 3,200 promised by June 20th in stock. I called as it was getting close because I need for a funeral. They said they haven't shipped but will be soon, and here I'm a few days away so I called, and they say sorry sir we cancelled your order, and you will get a refund. I would give 0 stars if it was an option. Do not buy from this site. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a company and I will be sure to send this feedback to everyone I know. I have never in my life seen such a drawn out draining process to receive a product and even longer to return it. I paid for expedited two day shipping and my product came two weeks later! I also sent the product back the same day it came to return it and a month later still have yet to receive my refund. With packing and shipping skills like this and and umempathic customer support you won't be in business long! I will tell everyone and every social media platform not to purchase from you so they don't have to deal with the same gut wrenching experience I had too.

This company is a joke! Do NOT place an order with them. I ordered over $1500 worth of designer shoes and never received the order- I put them on my PayPal credit account so PayPal credit paid them immediately and they refuse to give a refund for items they never delivered.
