Great service. All items were as described and even better than expected. Timely shipping. I am definitely going to order again. Just wish there was more makeup sales and free shipping when you order a certain amount like 75 or 100 dollars would be nice. However overall would recommend.
Item didn't turn up even though they stated delivered. Have kept me hanging on for a refund for 6 weeks now. Need to be reported as scammers!
Lots of strange charges to places around LA, California (where we are not residing or visiting) after placing an order on RueLaLa. Do not buy from them. SCAM. Whether I get my merchandise or not, I will not use them again. Poshmark has no problems, ebay had no problems... RueLaLa is a RUSE...
Tip for consumers:
It's a RUSE, a SCAM.

They sell your credit card to people after you buy from them. Discover told me how they think it works. Do you use RUSE la la. . . . . (ruelala.com)
They sent me 1 faulty product and 2 items never arrived, their support team never responds or reviews cases
Wish I'd read the reviews of others before I ordered from Rue La La which has been a total waste of time and money. Very slow & inefficient and the so-called customer service link is useless - they just lie. In the end I've received something that did not arrive in time, is not what I wanted, and cannot be returned. The whole experience has been horrendous - stay clear!

Please be careful with this website. They sent me a damaged or defective ysl sandals. I tried to at least exchange it and they refused it. After one wear logo came off, and I have a same pair in brown for 2 years now and this never happened. They are scamming people
I ordered over $2500 of home decor. Fed Ex left some of the at the wrong address. The rest was never found. This includes 2 rugs & some wall hangings. Loss Prevention said "too bad". I have photos of items & Ring door bell as proof. "Dispute it on your credit card" is the only advice they had for me. Theft!
This company didn't send my husband's b-day coat to my address as stated. I have a door bell cam and neighbor watch who would of held package if left at door. I called & was told they'd investigate the shipping issue and get back to me. No on has called or replied to any of my emails.and I have paid $267. Plus for this coat. This company located in Boston, MA is a RIP off and should be shut down because of the ratings, bad service, non deliverable items and poor refund. If I knew all this before hand I would of never dealt with this company. Need to read the reviews first. I learned of this company through wendy William show. Bad ideas I'm going to reach out to her. She should know not a company to support at all. I really am disappointed and don't want to take this loss.
They sell fake. If you go do more research you will know I am not the only purchased fake good. There is great amount of people purchased fake. The worst case is the one I brought was new. I only found out now that I try to resell it. Don't be fool like. Used a fake bag for a couple years.
Tip for consumers:
Yes. Don’t buy from such scamming companies.

I purchased some clothing that was on sale only discover that one set did not fit me as expected. I returned it and shipped it back. When I checked my account, the refund was about $6. The merchandise cost $16. Rue la la has a refund charge of $10. I am done! No more shopping from this retailer for me.
Tip for consumers:
Beware of the refund charge!

This site is advertising authentic LV bags however I now have 2 that have been confirmed fake. I had no idea until I tried to get it fixed and was told by the store they could not work on it due to it not being a legit Louis Vuitton bag. This is an issue on several levels.
Tip for consumers:
If you purchase from this company verify and authenticate within 30days and return if yours turns out to also be fake within that time frame they will not return after 30days even if they are in fact practicing false advertising.

I was actually a long time customer and extremely disappointed with their customer services and regretted for doing business with this organization. I have placed an order and the order was not shipped for over 18 months where they already charged me. As I contacted the customer service, they have stated that the order is showing as shipped in 2020 on their system, so they are sorry for what happened but do not take responsibility as a mistake made on their end. When I reviewed the tracking detail, it showed that the shipping company did not received the order till 2021 summer. I have made multiple complained and requested refund of the items. I checked for several weeks after I shipped back the items and didn't see any refund. After another call with the customer service, I found out that they issued me a credit on the account, which I will no longer use. What a big waste of time and money!
Horrible customer service. Charges you, never ships product and reuses to give money back tells you keep waiting - three weeks! Uses your money to float their bank account.
Tip for consumers:
Uses customer money to float their bank account by never shipping product but charging you anyhow.

Very bad site. Items sold by site are usually more expensive then actual price on original sites when they have sales. Customer service was horrible. Only canned generic replies, they don't even read what you write. Sent 5 emails about a problematic shipment received 5 worded exactly they same from 5 different associate. Phone service is buggy and when it worked could get in touch with a real person. Probably the worst out of all the flash sale sites.
I loved to purchase there but they are making charges unknown for things you didn't buy, have already contacted them and no reply. Be careful with your credit card, security is everything and they can't assure safety, scammers
Tip for consumers:
Be careful with your credit card to be clone or used by them without explaining charges

Ruelala immediately charged my credit card. When the boots arrived(intended to be a gift), the bottoms were worn and they smelled like foot sweat. After two calls and an email, they sent me a free shipping return label.
I had been disgusted with the extremely slow shipping process. Also, when s return was needed, it could take weeks to receive a credit.
I'm done! Most of the merchandise isn't current. Skin care brands have posted on their sites not to buy from Ruelala, because they can't guarantee authenticity.
I used to buy here regularly and generally pleased. Site has gone downhill, clogged with merchandise. Still believed they sold authentic designer items until last week. Bought a pinko 'leather' belt that was garbage and looked like it made out of polyurethane plastic out of the box. Labels attached made to look like designer label actually said 'fabricated in China' and "100% polyurethane". No response from them yet pinko brand is all over their site still!
Item ordered on 11/28/14, received email on same day confirming order and stating delivery to be "on or before" 12/11/14 and I'd receive a confirmation when "it leaves their hands". Called their 888 number today and they do not know when or if the product ordered will be shipped. They quoted some problem with their supplier. I have requested an email stating what our phone conversation was about, but have not received one as yet. Since I used PayPal for this purchase, I'll wait another few days and if nothing arrives, I'll contact PayPal for a refund.
UPDATE: 12/17/2014 Finally arrived - 6 days late! - 26 days since order placed. I wish I had reviewed this company first. I don't think they actually have inventory, they obtain what's requested and then ship it via slow boat.
Tip for consumers:
Check the reviews first and then buyer beware!
I expected spa towels
To be fluffy and soft.
A joke, right? Gloves are so so. Ceramic brush not worth 80 or the towels 50. You could keep the hair products, I already have many. Very dissatisfied. Never will order again from Trendy at Wendy's.
I have been a heavy user of rue la la for 10 years now--spent a lot of money, gotten some very good values. Their shipping is uneven... sometimes things arrive earlier than they tell you at purchase and you may not be home to receive, often they are late and the delays can be lengthy. They also pack and ship the wrong items too often. Two lessons i've learned over the years--always check prices on other websites, as sometimes amazon or overstock every day prices are lower (mostly for home stuff not clothing). And ignore their way-too-frequent sale announcements as their prices seem to remain about the same, they almost never actually mark things down
We purchased very expensive luxury sneakers in two sizes to free mine best fit. When the sneakers arrived, both were counterfeit. We cannot believe a company that claims to be selling authentic merchandise would do this. We will not shop with RueLaLa again.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t!

None. Sent the shoes back as they were fakes.
I don't understand how a company can run in this fashion. They don't pick up phones and only refunded 1 of my 3 items I returned with no explanation and no communication. Order from somewhere else, it's not worth the time or hassle.
I placed an order for 1 decorative plate only to receive Elena's from Miami Beach with 3 fragile items! It came in a giant box. When I called customer service, the woman said she would send a return label. I live in NYC. I am not carrying a huge box with fragile items onto the subway to get to the post office. So she offered to have UPS come by. Well, I live in an apt building and will most likely be at work. Does she offer me anything for this inconvenience? No. I had to ask her. I am the lucky recipient of a $10 credit toward my next order. I don't trust their shipping so doubt I will ever order from them again.
Pathetic company... I ordered a case of wine which was supposed to show up 2 days before Christmas and it never showed which left me with a very sobering dilemma! My credit card had been charged and I got a confirmation email saying everything was in order and I could track my package so I didn't see any reason why there should have been any issues. After my 4th time talking to customer service via online chat and over the phone during a 5 day period they finally decided to tell me that there must have been an in house computer glitch and that unfortunately the offer was no longer available... and that was it... What a sad horrible company...
I was sold 2 Soft tex pillows, promising they would always be cooling. Their was nothing cool about them. Then they tried to charge me for returning their product that didn't live up to what was promised. Wording about what your paying shipping of $9.95 for is vague as well. Turns out it's for future free shipping. Keep fighting them if you have any problems. I got the shipping fee dismissed after half an hour in chat and the free return.
Absolutely horrible and disappointing Service. I have ordered couple of items that were supposed to be delivered by Christmas just to find out after the holidays that those never shipped as they were not in stock.
