I made reservations here like I've done in the past I'm a local I made a reservations a week prior to Valentine's Day for me and my wife to celebrate the special occasion upon showing up do a 12 people ahead of us they did not honor the reservations not just for us they did not honor the reservations for anyone waited 45 minutes to get some bread at a table that was in the back room freezing cold we waited another 15 minutes no one still came over to ask us if we wanted something to drink we got up and we left and we noticed it was a lease another 20 people still waiting to be seated I told him to leave you're not going to get any food or drink or service worst experience of my life as far as going out somewhere when you have reservations for Valentine's Day thanks for ruining our day. If you're not going to accept reservations or honor them you should not take them in the first place second of all they had no manager they had some kid with a silly grin on his face laughing about people with reservations.
