Found the perfect rug. Unfortunately, Rugs.com's checkout left much to be desired. Several issues with checkout accepting my card(s). Went to Amazon to find the identical rug and found rugs.com was selling it for almost twice the price. Finally had to open a private browsing window, and the order went through. Minus one star.

Haven't gotten the delivery yet but the online experience was pretty smooth. It did take 2 days to place the order because the site wouldn't let me add my phone number. Other than that, the app was superb!

Finding the rug we wanted was easy. The only issue is when I tried to place my order, it said my phone number was invalid. I contacted Customer Service, Rick, and he walked me through how to get your site to accept my phone number.

I have been wanting an inexpensive rug for my dining room for some time. I found the color and size that I wanted, and I think it will work very well. I was a little disappointed that I could not find the type I initially looked for (a low-pile washable rug), but you can't have everything.

What I was looking for was options and pricing, and I was very impressed with those.

I purchased this rug specifically for my front door entryway because it said it was washable. We have three tiny dogs that occasionally drag dirt in and washable was what I was specifically looking for to replace my current rug. The shipping was super fast and it was packaged well. Upon opening it is visually a pretty pattern on the rug, however this is NOT a washable rug! The description at the website said it was and the label on the rug says it is. It's woven on very stiff plastic backing that will not go into any washing machine. Also, the instructions with it say to spot clean it as needed and take it outside and beat it every 6 months to clean it. No mention of washing it. I'm disappointed. I greatly overpaid for this rug.

Yusuf helped find my acct since I entered it with a typo. He then fixed my acct and sent me a link to set up an acct properly. Now, I notice the item is on sale for 50% off. Can I get that discount since the transaction hasn't been processed yet by my bank? And I have not yet recd the rug? Thank you.

When I tried to enter my order on line and entered my phone number it said my phone number was in valid.
I called customer service.
I was told to put +1 in front of my phone number.
It then worked and completed my order.

I thought that was a strange "fix"

I was able to get an agent to respond very quickly with accurate information about the materials used and Oeko-Tex certification of your products, but the site doesn't allow searches to be filtered by Oeko-Tex certification. Using Oeko-Tex as a search keyword yields no results.

I happened to notice that at least in the size I was searching, products produced in Turkey are Oeko-Tex certified, while those produced in Egypt are not. But this also wasn't possible to search. I had to figure out by hand which collections were certified and filter that way.

The rug I purchased is very pretty how ever it is very thin and light weight. When I laid it on the floor it would move around and does not stick to the floor. This can allow for someone to slip and fall.

I have bought 4 rugs from Rugs.com and have been very pleased with the quality. Love the ones I have purchased. And have told many friends about them. Several have bought rugs, and are very happy with the affordability. Thank you Rugs.com

I wanted a cream/gold/rust rug that would highlight our family room. Not only are the colors perfect, the quality of this rug (Boutique) is far superior to what we were using. Our room went from stodgy to happy in an instant. We're delighted.

I like the closeup photos of the texture and height of the rug selections. I want to make sure that the rugs are not made up of loops. My strong Dyson pulls up the loops in other rugs and makes runs in new rugs. I won't buy that type of weave again in my rug selections.

I ordered the very large tribal rug for our back patio a couple of months ago. We have had many compliments on it. Now I just ordered a 4x6 one to match. The order was quick and the rug was very easy to find. Thank you

Your website is wonderful. It was easy to select the size, color and price range of the type of rug I wanted. Once I selected a rug for preview, the website provides the information and details about the rug that are thorough. I love the video of the rug shown up-close. I can see every detail.

All of them were as pictured on the website and the quality is great for the price! They are my place I'll get all my rugs now. Easy check out and shipping time was not bad at all.

I am so disappointed. The rug is two yes two feet shorter than what I ordered. Right now we laid it out and there is so much of the hallway not covered. I got out the measuring tape it shows 14 feet. It was suppose to be 16feet NOT 14 feet

I could not get the order to go through TWO times prior, I sent an email and all they did was tell me to call,
Not having the right country flag? WTF does that have to do with it and why don't you recognize the address I have completed?

I was trying to order rugs and when I was checking out it keep telling me my phone number was invalid and it wasn't. The customer service person told me I needed to refresh my computer and reorder the rugs. Really I did this and still said my phone number was invalid.

I have purchased four rugs in two separate transactions. I discovered Rugs.com on a social media marketplace. I NEVER click on store ads, but the sale pricing and great photography caught my eye. I'm so glad I did. Their website it so easy to navigate and the choices are endless. Beautiful real life pictures of every color available in each pattern. Several sizes and odd shapes too, not just the basic. This website saved me many trips to the many stores that sell outdoor rugs. I shopped from the couch and found exactly what I was looking for both times. Rugs arrived on time in fantastic condition. They looked identical to the photos on the website and matched each other in color and weave even though they were different in size. Their return policy is outstanding so I had no hesitation ordering. Thanks Rugs.com!

I ordered five rugs from a big 10x12 to runners. I am very pleased with the amount of time it took. And how pleasant the quality of the rugs are. The only thing I can say they are more red than the orange in the pictures. But we love them in an add instant color to our new flooring. Highly recommend.

I needed a 12'x16', a 3'x5' and a 12' runner. I was able to get all 3 in the same design! Perfect for our new home after our old one went up in flames from the Smokehouse Creek Wildfire in the Texas panhandle. Thank you RUGS.COM for making it stress free. I will be back to shop for bedroom rugs.
