Just ordered the 3rd & 4th Modern Rug. These two will go on our Lanai and am looking forward to "finishing" off the floor. The rugs are a wonderful asset to the room.

You continue to use FedEx who have become very unreliable! Originally told would arrive 7/11, then 7/17! Then 7/16 and now 7/17! The reason I ordered from Rugs,com because in the past I would receive the rug in 2 days and I have purchased many rugs but no more D

The service was great.
But the pad was not 4'x6'. It was an inch short in length and 2 inches short in width. And a little thinner than what I expected. The size was what upset me though.

I had to return a rug because I had misread the information and the rug would not work where I needed it. Rugs.com went above expectations to take care of the problem! I ordered a replacement immediately.

Rugs ship in 1-2 business days is splattered all over the site, but it's been a week and a half and my order still shows "processing". Frustrating, as I could have walked into a store 9 days ago and had a rug by now.

We were excited to find your site. We had a good experience in searching and ordering except for when you click Continue Browsing- it totally takes away all of your preferences, and then you have to start over-use the back button in the browser instead! We're anxiously awaiting the rugs.
