I received a discount code, but there's no place to enter it.
I tried to call the 800 "24/7' number but they are closed (not open 24/7 per website).
I sent a chat message with unusual delays and response time. The person advised that I need to call back next day when they are open and I will get a refund for the discount amount after I have paid for the item. There is no place for the discount code in spite of the email from the company with a code.
No information regarding shipping and handling times before purchasing your item.

Customer service is an opportunity. We will see how this goes.

I love that I can look at rugs on Rugs.com and they will ship to the address in Alaska. There are so many companies that will advertise and say they will and then you get the email or phone call --so Sorry We Don't Ship to Alaska. Thank you as I will be buying more.

Wonderful experience! Delivery time is very prompt. The rug. Has not been delivered yet but is expected tomorrow. I also love the "see in my room" experience. It looks very real and scales true to size.

Loved how many filters there were available. I was looking for a specific material and size and with all the options the shopping experience was really enjoyable.

Always fun to shop here. Many filters to narrow down the search, which can run into the many 100s for me! And I actually found a square rug. No one ever has square rugs!

My choice when I ordered was a darker green but in retrospect it is my fault as I went by color in pics. I have another area outside where this is fitting in nicely. It was wrapped so tightly for shipping it will be quite a while before the edges settle down flat.

Everything was super easy until I got to the shipping/payment form. It had my credit card info but wouldn't put in the security code and wouldn't take an alternate phone number.

A returned customer. My experience as been without no remorse. Was able to find all my products at a good and discounted price.

Shopping, check out and delivery was excellent and easy! The rugs were exactly as described and perfect for my front porch. The teal has enough color but not overwhelming. It will definitely fit my decor for spring, summer and fall.

When ordering I was sent an email stating the delivery this past Friday, which I was thankful for, because it would be in time for our guest for graduation. But to my surprise, nothing has come. I'm hopeing it's worth the wait. Never order on time line, give yourself extra time for delivery.

My heart was set on a carpet from another dealer -- That one was even on clearance! -- but I received an e-mail from Rugs.com just before I intended to leave for the shop. I scrolled a few pages of offers and suddenly saw the rug that was PERFECT for my bedroom. I ordered it immediately.

The rug arrived quickly. The colors were true to the posted photo. We didn't need a rug pad since we placed it in our dining room. We have dining chairs with casters and they easily roll on the rug without bunching it up. Very pleased with the selection offered and the price!

My rug buying and ordering experience was amazing. I was pleased with how fast the shipment came as well. The rugs themselves are also very nice. Unfortunately, one of the rug's packaging was damaged, and the underside of the rug became frayed and pulled where the packaging was torn off, thus the 4-star rating. However, I think Rugs.com is wonderful, and I understand that these things can happen from time to time. I have ordered in the past and have been very pleased with my previous orders. I will continue to be a customer!

Rich beautiful colors, appears well made. I was surprised that the pads arrived later than the rugs, shipped through a different provider. When I expressed concern that the pad did not arrive, Rugs.com responded quickly.

The rug is as pictured. It is well made and exactly what I wanted for a cozy corner with a roof over the area on my deck. The colors are a nice contrast to the chair cushions. I'm hoping it will weather well. If it doesn't fade over the summer I'll consider it money well spent.

I ordered what looked like the perfect fit for our Airbnb. Having never used Rugs.com before I was not sure about the quality and delivery. Both were perfect! We scheduled our visit to our Airbnb hoping the rug would arrive. It arrived in 2 days - just like advertised. And the Rug is PERFECT in our place. I purchased a 4' X 4' rug, which is not easy to find. The delivery was exceptionally fast. The rug is just what I wanted. The colors are perfect and the quality is very good. And, the price was excellent. I will definitely be going to Rugs.com for future rug purchases.
