We got the Orleans rug in 12x12. The color is mixed of slate gray, blue and ivory. Perfect size but the rug feels very synthetic/plastic texture. It looks great from far away but when you get closer and see it up close it doesn't look high end. The rug also doesn't stay flat even though we have tried to weight it down. You get what you pay for

The rug is exactly what I wanted and is much prettier then in the pictures! It arrived very quickly and I have already reverse rolled it, vacuumed it and have put it down in my living room... it is perfect & the quality is much more than I expected for the price. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for Quality and Beauty at an exceptional price!
The color of this rug is fantastic! Shipping was super fast. It was purchased for outdoor and in bright sun so well see how it weathers the summer. So far looks great!
Less plush than I expected - I have rolled it the other direction, so the rug has not relaxed yet. Love the color, and it seems sturdy - just a little thinner than I expected. All in all, it is wonderful
The 2 rugs we ordered (same pattern & color, different sizes) were not quite the color as we viewed online. The blue is not quite what we wanted but we kept the rugs any way. They brighten up our living room and entryway but we aren't overly happy with the brighter blue color.
We were surprised when we found out the rugs were here less than 2 days after we ordered.
The packaging was very meticulous and the rugs very well protected.
We thought that the price was right for the quality of the merchandise.
Cannot find anything negative to ad and I am told that I am a very picky shopper!
I finally accidentally learned how to add store credit to my order...Worlds Smartest Person...I Don't Think So!

Bought 3 very different area rugs during a sale and added express shipping. All the rugs arrived, well wrapped and perfect condition. The colors were well represented. I'm just so impressed with the price to value. (paid less than 200 each for 8x10 rugs).

I've ordered this Soft Touch Shag before in several sizes. I'm ordering another to fit my new apt. Definitely give it a 5* rating. Absolutely beautiful and quality is excellent.

Ordered our beautiful rug on Saturday. It was delivered on Monday and the rug pad delivered on Tuesday. Could not believe they came so quickly. The rug goes perfectly in our bedroom and we are totally pleased. When looking for rugs in the future, this will be the first website we check. Highly recommend.

Response from customer service exceeded expectations. Call back came fast, representative was congenial, knew the product well and answered all our questions. Had no problem going ahead with order.
Tip for consumers:
I have not opened my package yet to closely examine the product but everything looks OK through the wrapping.
Glitchy website took my money but didn't tell me the order went through. CS didn't have a clue until escalated to manager. Twice. Still don't trust that they sent my product. Will contact bank if product isn't here in the new few days as advertised.
Still haven't received an automated e-mail about anything. I have the tracking from customer service that i had to talk to three people to get. That is it. And this place has great reviews, really?
Tip for consumers:
Very sketchy when ordering through the website. The cart refreshes when you put in the information and hit submit, If I didn't know any better I would have clicked "buy now" multiple times and they would have gotten my money every single time. I am going to get this carpet and never order from them again, I don't trust that website or their shoddy customer service.

I love this rug.The colors- soft gray with pops of blues and yellow- work beautifully in a guest bedroom. The rug has no odor and lays flat right out of the roll. Delivery was quick.
