I live in an apartment and the people upstaires do not have any rugs and are very loud. I live on the 3rd floor and I don't want to the people below me to hear every step I take, so I bought rug pad to silence my foot step and desk chair. These pad are thick enough to do the job.

Rug shipped quickly, is exactly what I wanted to cover the hardwood floor in my home office. There is a lot of canine through-traffic, so it's great to have something lightweight and washable.

We were looking for a living room area rug that would be nice-looking, and reasonably priced because we have three dogs and rugs don't last forever at our house. This rug arrived quickly and is perfect! The colors are even richer than advertised, and the earth tones are stunning. It is a little thicker than our last rug, and has a plush-like feel to it. Our dogs love lying and rolling on it! It is gorgeous with our sage walls.

I ordered runners and rugs, and two weeks later over $1600 in rugs was ordered and shipped to a person and address in Florida. Not me! Used my credit card info! I have been unable to get refund for these fraudulent charges from rugs.com. My bank is trying as well. I am now going to police and an attorney against rugs.coms obvious careless practices that put customers at in harm's way.
All communication is via a call center in some off shore location, and extremely difficult to understand. Beware!

All was perfect for ordering and delivery! However, we also bought a mat for under the rug and do not know what side of the mat goes/touches the floor and what side of the mat is directly below the rug. Any help would be appreciated.

I wanted to return both items, but your return policy is "Impossible"! So much unnecessary RED-TAPE! You got me, RUGS.COM. Lesson learned, I promise not to bother you, ever again...

I had a rug that I bought from this company through Amazon and they couldn't accept the return, but Rugs.com gave me a $90 credit. Which I ended using on their website and purchased a beautiful 6 foot round rug for my dining room. The entire process was simple and my rug arrived in few days. We love it and are very please with Rugs.com. Thank you for the credit!
