Rugs.com is an abundant source for rugs for any budget. I chose a very inexpensive option as an entry runner. The rug arrived within a week, well wrapped and in great condition. It really brightens up my space and makes a great statement. Although rugs.com had some amazing rugs that I drooled over, choosing what I can afford meets my current needs. My experience exceeded my expectations, especially considering the modest cost.

Ordered two rugs and they both were delivered on time. The one rug I ordered though came delivered completely unwrapped, just the folded rug with a small bit of plastic at the bottom. Not sure if this was FedEx's fault or Rugs.com because the plastic was VERY flimsy and unlikely to protect a 10x14 rug! Thank goodness the weather was good and the rug didn't get rained or snowed on! But it sure made it really hard to get into the house!

It really is beautiful. Love all the colors and flowers. It is thick and great on my bare feet. Still off-gassing but i know that will go away. Ends still curling and i have heavy stuff on them. My dog loves it

She answered all my questions very quickly and efficiently and took my additional order for the rug pad. This was not the first time I ordered from your company.
