We got the Orleans rug in 12x12. The color is mixed of slate gray, blue and ivory. Perfect size but the rug feels very synthetic/plastic texture. It looks great from far away but when you get closer and see it up close it doesn't look high end. The rug also doesn't stay flat even though we have tried to weight it down. You get what you pay for
My new rug is really good quality, the price was reasonable and it's perfect for my living room! If you want a neutral rug, this is it!

This is a repeat visit for me- the first rugs I purchased were of such excellent quality that I came back here first when it was time to replace more. The shipping speed is always so fast, and everything is packaged securely. Five stars, for sure.
Love the rug, I was worried about the jute not being soft but reviews convinced me to try it and it is very soft. I bought the thickest pad because I want to provide a soft landing for our little dogs jumping off furniture. The thick pad is great for them too.
I will be contacting customer service about FedEx though, they managed to get a rug and pad completely covered in plastic the pad especially soaking wet.

The rugs are very pretty. I do like them and the size is prefect. But mine are supposed to be blue and they are more grey with a hint of blue. They are not the color in the picture at all.

Rugs.com never disappoints. I don't really see how you could get better deals anywhere. And I love rugs. I'm like an Arab; I'm ready to start putting them on the walls and ceilings. So many beautiful ones; so little floor. I just don't like being bombarded with ads. One can only reasonably use so many rugs and I'm pretty much at my limit. Also, it's unnecessary because I wouldn't go anywhere else.
