So far, everything was easy, fast, clear and not frustrating. We'll have to see how shipping goes and if course product quality turns out. I will update the posting and review at that point. Ordered on Oct. 22,2024
We got the Orleans rug in 12x12. The color is mixed of slate gray, blue and ivory. Perfect size but the rug feels very synthetic/plastic texture. It looks great from far away but when you get closer and see it up close it doesn't look high end. The rug also doesn't stay flat even though we have tried to weight it down. You get what you pay for
Great choices, fabulous colors and sizes. I had been looking for a specific color and shopping in person was exhausting. Not only did I find the color I wanted, the price was incredible! I ordered it and was on my porch 2 days later. Very pleased!
Ordered 2 carpets and pads husband hated the print.sent them back with no problem and reordered new carpet, without any problem.

First time to buy with them. I receive the rug quickly. It was beautiful but it was a little bit too long. It was my fault measuring not theirs. They gave me no trouble about returning it. I bought the correct size and added another rug. Prices are reasonable.

Which made it easy to find just what I had in mind. Then, the details and characteristics of the rugs are provided, along with pictures, videos, and lots of comments from other buyers. What a relief to not have to go to a rug store and not find what you want and settle for something less than what you really were looking for.
And the delivery was prompt and well handled by FedEx. It's a great addition to our new living room.
I ordered a rug during their Christmas sale and was so happy with it I decided to order a second one during their New Year's sale. I got 2 8'x10' area rugs for the price I would have paid for one at other stores and the quality is great. Shipping was fast with zero issues. Will definitely order from them again in the future.
