I browsed your website for 7 days and decided to buy today because of the spring sale offering 20% off. I'm not sure why I was not able to put in SPRING to secure the extra 20% savings

I needed to work with customer service on returning and reordering the correct size rug and it was pleasant and easy.

Feel like the company duped my by bait and switch. Bought during a sale buy one get one and they only sent one and customer service said the order didn't update and we don't have another rug. If you are not going to honor your ads don't run them it is not good business. Buyer beware.

After waiting a month to get my rugs they came today. I was very curious when the FedEx guy handed me these small packages. I looked again at the picture on the website of the beautiful rug. What I got were two mats! One breeze and they'll be in the next county! Definitely not worth the $200 I spent on them! They are really pretty but they are not rugs! Do not waste your time nor your money!

I was disappointed that my one of my 3 rugs was out of stock. They went ahead and shipped the other two, which I no longer wanted because I need all of them to match. So I had to take them back to FedEx to be returned. Thankfully the same rugs where all available in another color. They arrived quickly and are very nice.

The rugs showed up bundled up quite nicely with instructions on how to get the rugs to lay flat. The backing pad is nice. The colors blend in. They compliment whatever you're trying to show off in your room, like the walls or a painting.

After getting my first runner, ordered second because so nice and I loved it! Then ordered a bigger one to match. Quick delivery, great quality and sales prices can't be beat! I have recommended your site to many friends

I've ordered from them several times over the last few years and I have never been disappointed. The rugs are always commensurate with their cost, I've ordered higher end ones twice and this specific purchase I went low cost and still I got a great rug. Check their clearance tab if you need a low-cost option. Forget Costco or Amazon because this is the place to get a great rug at an even better price!

Can soaking wet and stinking cold f mold and mildew. Customer service is in India and beyond unhelpful as they're contracted and don't care. Received an insulting offer of $50 which is less than half the cost of cleaning it. They tried getting me to clean it at my own expense after having paid $599 for the rug. Rugs then refused to pick up the rug and forced me to package it myself and send it exposing myself to the mold. A bad business with horrible customer service. Buy at your own risk

This rug looks nothing like the picture on the website. There is a one and a half inch band of dark gray in certain areas along the binding, that is not shown in the picture. I understand a rug has to be rolled out and laid down however the shading isn't going to change along the edge, get real. This company does not stand behind their product. I emailed the company regarding this issue along with pictures, I was offered a $6 refund. After several emails of bickering back and forth I finally decided to call the company. I asked them to send me a new one and have UPS pick the original one up. They were not having any part of that. Buyer beware do not purchase anything from this company. They don't post negative reviews. After posting mine I seen it then it was removed.

Very easy shopping. Have used the site before with great success. Had some rugs for over 12 years, still in excellent condition but just needed something new after painting and remodeling. Rugs arrived today, look great!

It arrived on time and looks exactly like the picture.
I'm glad I bought the pad to go with it.
I bought 2 by mistake- still awaiting my return label.🙃

The rug I ordered had some severe creases that I couldn't make lay flat. I contacted Nelly in Customer Service and she gave me step by step directions on how to fix it. I also received a store credit (my choice instead of a partial refund) that she applied to another purchase I had made. I am a totally satisfied customer. I will be back!

This is my 4th Rug with Rugs.com and there wonderful. Easy returns need be, a little cheaper than the competitors out there. Definitely will purchase again.

I ordered 5' x 8' Lattice Frieze Rug. As soon as I have seen it, I fell in love with it! The quality is awesome! The rug was delivered 2 days earlier than it was expected even despite the fact that I live very remotely. Thank you very much! My living room looks much nicer with the rug! Bright vivid colors lift up my mood and make me smile and my dog likes this rug too

Big variety of rugs and it was so much fun to view the rugs in my room.

I just recently found Rugs. Com and am so impressed with the different rug selections, colors and sizes. And they are priced fairly! The shipping is super fast and returns are easy. I don't like to make a return, but sometimes the rug seen in my house isn't quite how I thought it would look or fit. And I find a replacement on Rugs.com! I have some more to purchase - first my dining room/area, next my living room!

The shopping online experience was good, no problems. The rugs arrived when they said they would. I haven't put them out on the deck yet due to weather.

Found just what I wanted to match a smaller rug. The size was exactly what I needed for the space and the quality is appropriate for the space and the price.

The website is very user friendly, particularly liked the part where you get to view the rug in picture inside my living room.
