Alright but confusing sometime and did not get a confirmation code at end. Not sure if order went thru

Purchased an inexpensive rug to dampen the sound in my small studio. Rug is much nicer than it looked online and was delivered the next day. Very happy with it.

Ordering was easy and delivery was fast. I love my new rugs. I have already gotten the one in my dining area laid but waiting until after I take the Christmas tree down to lay the one in living room. I am happily satisfied with my purchase from Rugs.com!

I've ordered quite a few rugs from you in the past, always a good experience...this last one came in the wrong size...your customer service said I needed to take photos to prove this...I'm 77 yrs old not into all this tech or photos, etc...it shouldn't have to be this hard.?.

Had no idea what kind if rug I wanted or color. Loved that you can see it in your room. Great website!

I had already purchased 3 rugs from them a few months ago and have been very pleased with those rugs. Just purchased 2 more. Their prices are very reasonable and I greatly appreciate that.

Sadly our rug was delivered exposed, packaging torn open and rug folded like a burrito. I expected a rolled rug not one shoved in a flimsy plastic torn open bag. First time ordering, not sure I will recommend. Packaging also had another address smaller label almost like it was returned. Well it's getting returned, sadly cause I really liked the rug but not interested in someone else's leftovers. One can only guess what this burrito folded rug really looks like once opened, not interested in finding out. If you can't ship nicely rolled rugs, get out of this business!

I had mistakenly ordered two rugs. Fran, the associate that worked with me was wonderful. It was a complicated situation and was so patient and understanding. She did a beautiful job fixing all issues!

Finally, a website that was honest in its advertising. It was easy to navigate and when I found "my rug", there were no hidden fees or any bs to deal with. 10/10 would make another purchase and recommend.

I ordered two rugs, only one came but the tracking said they were together. The rug came shrink wrapped, very tightly. There is no possible way they could ever fit two rugs in the plastic. They know they didn't send the second rug and even after photos they refuse to send the rug or refund me. I filed a claim with my credit card and that's not fair to them at all. Bad company.

Carpet looks like picture online. Pile not as thick as advertised. It would have shipped and laid better if rolled onto a 2" cardboard dowel. It's very wavy and curled at inside ends of rolled up to ship carpet.
Looks great in new apartment.

The rug is perfect for the area and the pattern fits the era of my house. I am pleased with the texture and how easily it cleans. The outdoor pad works well too.

There are a ton of options and filtering is very helpful to find exactly what you're looking for. The delivery was super fast. I chatted with customer service to get a rug pad recommendation and it was very easy to get a prompt response.

Very easy to order from Rugs.com. Great selection, reasonable prices, fast delivery. Happy with the process. Waiting for rugs to flatten out after having been rolled up. Initial assessment is the rugs are keepers only issue would be color but would then order again from Rugs.com. Haven't experienced the return process but, hopefully, I won't have to.
