This was my first time ordering from rugs.com and I am extremely disappointed. 24/7 customer service? You can't get through! I've been trying for days and waiting on hold for HOURS. How can a company like this operate?

Choosing rugs online for a home is a laborious process, and the staff at rugs.com must know this intuitively, as their responses to my questions today we're almost instantaneous. I'm reviewing this before I have seen the carpet, so my experience is only up to that point. Very easy to shop even for the less texts savvy people like myself. Lots of beautiful rugs to choose from! Something for everyone's price range!

Easy, fast, beautiful, great value, inexpensive! The shag has beautiful colors, very plush and SOFT. Loved my first one so much I ordered two more for different rooms in house. I've looked everywhere and nothing as nice as this, especially at this price.

This is my second time ordering from your company and never been so happy. I had spent a lot of money on scatter rugs that would always bunch up and slide. I'm disabled with electric chair and walker. Finally a rug that. Stays still. Wonderful. I'm not afraid anymore in my apt.

So far, so good. I asked two questions on a particular rug and was emailed almost immediately with an answer. Payment process was very easy. Confirmation was immediate and also an immediate "thank you for your purchase" which most sites don't do these days. Will review again regarding product and delivery upon receipt of purchase.

The website says that the I ordered rug is 1/2 inch thick (e.g. 12.7 mm). However when I received it, the tag said it is only 8mm thick. I had purchased the rug specifically for it's thickness to block sound coming from the floor below. When I brought this mis-representation to rugs.com's attention, asking for a rug pad to make up the difference in thickness they refused to give me any more than $85 back (which doesn't cover the cost of the pad I'll need). This makes me very concerned about all product descriptions on the website overall, so proceed with much caution when/if ordering here!

Loved shopping their Website and looking at all of the beautiful choices. It took me awhile, but when I finally decided on one, the rest was easy. I will shop here again, if what I receive is as nice as promised.

I appreciate the smooth cart and free shipping. Could show what the pattern looks like on all the sizes of rugs via pics regarding asymmetrical designs, would be the one area of improvement I'd recommend, but overall a good ordering experience.

Very poor quality rugs. I bought a useless poor quality rug for
$149.00 - could have got the same rug in a store for $40.00. Makes my fear of buying goods on line validated.

Review in purchase experience. Found the most beautiful rug for my downstairs bedroom. Could not leave it. The price was great too. Check out process was simple. Did not even have to create an account at the moment, so went quickly.

Seems like a dropshipping site. Returns require multiple emails back and fourth and they will try to talk you out of it.
Rug quality was pretty low for the one I got but I can't speak for all of their selection.

I ordered two hallway runners that I thought I'd love but by the time they (very promptly!) got here I had already found something that was better for my space and my colors. The phone rep could not have been nicer or more helpful, the online return process is simple and fast, and the return and refund policy are very generous. Obsessing today on what pattern & color & size. Was really pleased with the selections & available sizes. But the VERY BEST thing was being able to take pictures of where this rug was going to be "in my room" (actually outdoors) over and over as I narrowed my search, changed my mind, added & took away pillows & furniture, etc. I say I am happy already even though I just purchased this rug 2 minutes ago. Really enjoyed the shopping experience & feel like there should be minimal surprises when this arrives. :)

Best site ever. Search and variables are great and they work. Kudos to the web team. So many companies you go to search and get all kinds of things you did not search on. I have now purchased 6 rugs and will be back again. My second set of rugs was not quite as I hoped but they gave opportunity to return or additional discount, I was grateful for discount I could compromise though not exactly as expected for description on pile height. Much lower than noted. However trying to roll long runners up and getting back in packaging is really really hard.

Overall the experience is not bad but the filters don't work well so had to turn them off in order to find what I was looking for. Also, define filters so people understand what a traditional vs geometric rug are. As they work now, I am not sure that provides the right results.

I just placed my order and had a pleasant experience chatting with the customer service representative. The messaging option makes it super convenient to have any questions answered. Looking forward to getting my new rugs!

Previously ordered and received the 5'3 hexagon area rug. We waited a few months to make sure we were happy with it and decided to order the 2' x 6' matching runner. Rugs.com has the best variety we've found. They have an extensive collection with many unique styles. Easy online purchase and fast delivery options. We have not had a return or service experience.

In short, shopping online is nice and convenient. That said, its hard to know exactly whether or not what you bought is what it looked like online. So returns take time and are not easy in terms of packaging and dropping off. Setting aside that, I did run into an issue which in part was my oversight. I am thrilled to share that Rugs.com stepped up in an effort to make things right. This has made all the difference for me and is not only appreciated, but has kept me loyal to Rugs.com. Bravo and well done!

What I ordered came in quickly. The colors look great! I'm having trouble with the fringe sides laying down flat. What do you suggest? I had ordered one liner to try...it made it worse on a runner...
