We got the Orleans rug in 12x12. The color is mixed of slate gray, blue and ivory. Perfect size but the rug feels very synthetic/plastic texture. It looks great from far away but when you get closer and see it up close it doesn't look high end. The rug also doesn't stay flat even though we have tried to weight it down. You get what you pay for

I found this website when I was looking for rugs for our camper. The website was very user friendly and I was able to find exactly what I envisioned for the look I wanted. The prices were so good I decided to purchase the second rug I needed at the time of my first purchase. Both rugs were delivered in great time and they look fantastic in our camper!
This is my second order of this rug. My shih tzu Harry loved it in my bedroom so I'm buying him his own.
It is a good quality and I sprayed mine with a fabric guard to make it stay pretty.
You sent wrong size. WE ordered 5x5 and received 3x3. Please advise how this will be handled.

Great Experience. This is the third time I've purchased from Rugs.com. Each time has been 5 stars. Once again, I purchased a rug from you and I was charged an 8 1/2% sales tax. From my area here in Tampa, FL, ******* sales tax is 7% and I believe you overcharged me on my last purchase as well, but I did not report it because I was in the midst of moving. Please and credit me appropriately or I will take my business elsewhere and advise my friends to do the same.
