I spent a lot of time shopping for rugs here...my second time purchasing from Rugs.com. The inventory is huge. The rugs are high quality, and the pictures show every detail, along with expansive descriptions. There are numerous options of size and color for every rug. It was the low prices that drew me here. This company has been trustworthy in my experience.

I was looking for a small non-slip rug to set on a cedar chest for our dog to sit on when she looks out the window. The one I found on Rugs.com was perfect. When our dog, Silvia, jumps up on the chest, the non-slip backing keeps the rug in place. The colors are great in the room and I'm please with my purchase.

This is the second time I ordered from Rugs.com. Both rugs were of great quality. There are so many styles, colors, patterns and materials to choose from. I will continue to use Rugs.com for all my rug purchases.

I ordered my first rug from Rugs.com. It was shipped super fast. And I selected to leave it at the garage as we have steep long outside stairs to our front door. Well, I heard the truck and by the time I came through the garage the delivery guy had already carried the 10x13ft rug to my front door. It was raining at around 8pm. I was pleasantly surprised. The rug was rolled, it did still have some wrinkles that are being worked out in my living room before I put the rug in my office/art room but the colors are bright, easy ordering, being able to check shipping, shipping service and price for a large size rug. You can't beat it. This is not a high end rug but was excellent quality for price. Company worth checking out if you are looking for rugs!
Again, I was pleasantly surprised and didn't have to wait weeks to receive it. Not sure if that was just luck where it happened to be located.

Used their little "see how it looks" app in the browser. The rugs looked EXACTLY the way it showed. It worked perfectly, very pleased!
The rugs themselves seem high quality and well made. The colors are fantastic, the shipping was fast and they arrived well packaged.

Everything was great until checkout with venmo. They wanted my first born child. Lol. Seriously, way too much personal info was needed. I just edited this. Who is the man in my profile pic? Lol

From start to finish, we have experienced such an amazing process. We found the exact rug we needed for our screened in porch….ordered and had it delivered this morning. Seamless process….will be putting it down as soon as the weather breaks.

With all the filters it was easy to narrow our search. Also, the choices of sizes and shapes was more extensive than I expected. Very pleased with this part of the order.

If your rug is longer than 7 feet, it will cost you $200! I purchased a rug on sale for $99. It turned out it was too big and i wanted to return for a smaller size. But returning it would cost me more than the rug itself. I purchased a rug online believing i was safe with their free return pitch. "Oh that's the mailing entity who charges you." Then caution your customers if you want to win us over and wish have consumer loyalty. I will not purchase a rug from them again. GO AMAZON!

We could not have been happier. We had been looking for just the right size and right look Persian rug for about 4 years. Had gone to lots of rug shops and looked online. Rugs.com had exactly the right high quality all wool hand knotted rug at a surprisingly right price. Jo Ann provided excellent sales support.

I was skeptical when I saw the sale price for this rug, but I blew caution to the wind and ordered it. It far exceeded my expectations. I bought it for my office and I love it. Can't beat the price for the size. It came on time and looks exactly like the listing. I will definitely be ordering again and I would recommend.

Saw this rug on sale while searching online for new outdoor patio rugs for both my front porch and my back patio. Loved this one immediately, as I am a sucker for botanical patterns and loved the vibrant green (and Blue) colors they showed online. Reviews were good, and they offered a further discount if I ordered 2 together, so I ordered 2 of the same size and green color on the spot. (SKU #*******).
They arrived 3 days later each folded into rectangles in a heavy plastic bag wrap. They are high quality and true to photos for color. They had no odor and smoothed out easily in a day out on my patios. LOVE them!

Not my first Rugs.com purchase and just as pleased as before. Ordered very large oval and my one request is that it could be rolled on a cardboard tube like the small round one I also got. The tube really helps keep wrinkles out, but the rugs are just beautiful. Thanks

I ordered my rug on Monday. The website states a two day delivery and the rug is now in transit to be delivered on Friday. I have furniture coming on Friday to be placed on this rug. I will now have to reschedule the furniture delivery. This should have been out for delivery on Thursday if the delivery time is 2 days.

I bought 7 wool rugs a little over a year ago. Love them all and pads. Great prices quality products. Excellent Customer Service. Quality people, products and Service. Fast delivery. I ordered 4 more items today.
