So far, everything was easy, fast, clear and not frustrating. We'll have to see how shipping goes and if course product quality turns out. I will update the posting and review at that point. Ordered on Oct. 22,2024
We got the Orleans rug in 12x12. The color is mixed of slate gray, blue and ivory. Perfect size but the rug feels very synthetic/plastic texture. It looks great from far away but when you get closer and see it up close it doesn't look high end. The rug also doesn't stay flat even though we have tried to weight it down. You get what you pay for
I love this rug.The colors- soft gray with pops of blues and yellow- work beautifully in a guest bedroom. The rug has no odor and lays flat right out of the roll. Delivery was quick.

Delivered in just a few days. Like others have mentioned, you need to off gas and I am hopeful the lines disappear due to folding. I ordered the beige colored one with brown swirls. The background color of the rug has a lot more darker brownish tones than the picture but it will still work and probably won't look so dirty too quickly. The quality is great for the price on sale. Lastly I don't think I need an under mount to prevent slippage. I would suggest ordering without and then make your own decision.

Customer service is excellent. Ordered rugs on Monday and had them in my home by Wednesday. Runner sizes were perfect for the spaces and the quality and colors were on point. Will definitely order from this site again!
I FOUND JUST WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND AM HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE FOR A FAMILY ROOM RUG AND PAD. ALSO JUST ORDERED AN OUTDOOR RUG FOR MY PATIO TO PLACE UNDER MY DINING TABLE AND CHAIRS. THE NICE THING IS IT IS ON SALE AND HOPE IT LASTS AT LEAST A FEW YEARS.

I was hesitant to order rugs sight unseen from a company that neither I, nor anyone I know, had any experience with. But on the Rugs.com site I saw the rugs I had in mind but couldn't find in seven local stores that sold rugs...and on Rugs.com site the prices were much lower than what I had been seeing in the stores. Of course quality is always a question when buying online, but for the prices, I took the chance. My rugs were delivered today...really fast! I love them. I bought the Eliza rugs in two sizes and in the beige color. They are true to life as far as color. They tie all my furniture in with all the colors. I'm very happy with my purchase.
