It took less than 10 days to receive my rug which was in excellent condition. I'm looking forward to smoothing out the creases and am researching now. If instructions are not on your website already, this would be an excellent idea and customer convenience. Maybe add them in the packing, for an even greater convenience.

Initially, I purchased a 5x5 Blue Nostalgia with a performance pad for my kitchen which has hardwood floors. I love cooking and after a week of this rug on the floor, and me walking on it, I fell in love with it. I expected it to have a vintage appearance which all I have purchased do. Next, I ordered a 7x10 for my dining room the two 2x3 for my door entries. It has brought a new vibe to my decor. Bright with happiness. I am satisfied and a happy camper.

While the ordering process and customer care service was top notch, I think this survey is a little too soon as my rugs haven't even shipped yet. I would much rather review this company and transaction after all is said and done.

When we put in new floors and I needed more product information on their rug pads and if they would work with our floor, I got a very fast, and very detailed email that was friendly and informative and went above what I had asked for to make sure I had all the info and even provided links to the products.
