Took me forever to decide on a rug and I haven't gotten it yet but think I'm gonna love it. My favorite part is the "see it in my room" feature. It's not exact colors but close.

I just made the purchase. I was looking for only 100% cotton and found it. It's made in Turkey and Turkish are famous in rug making. I already have a Turkish rug same design but different pattern. The best thing of the site is to see in real-time how the rug will look in my room. With these facilities and features, I am sure they have good standards as well. I will highly recommend this site, for the convenience I had it. I also read other reviews and all happy with quality, so rather wasting $80 on polyester rungs from other stores, I would go for 100% cotton for my kids safety and for being eco friendly.

We needed a long runner indoor-outdoor rug to use near our spa, which is on an enclosed porch. The one we ordered (and received) is perfect. Just the right weight, fabric, color. I should last many years.

This site had good prices. I have ordered rugs on line before this order.They are terrible at being rolled up.I have NEVER bought rugs as bad as these.WONT BUY FROM HERE AGAIN.

I recently replaced carpet with bamboo flooring in my living room, but now it seems cold. I'm hoping a warm rug will bring back that cozy feeling. Your site offers so many choices, and decent pricing. I hope I like my rugs when they arrive.

Everyone helpful at c service. Had negative results. Issue was not resolved. Could it be that item was discounted 50%. That prevented any other discount. I received 10% offer in the mail along with my newly issued H D credit card.

I have been looking for what appears to everyone else to be an odd sized rug. I found exactly what I wanted! This site has everything you can imagine and more. I can't speak to the quality yet as I haven't received them, but 5 stars for the shopping experience. Vast selection, easy navigation, super quick - I am excited to see how the rugs look in my house. Multiple sizes, wonderful colors and huge selections. Very easy to find anything you wanted by size, color, rug description, etc. Taking advantage of the sale was even better. Will place additional order later.

Ordered a rug, email said would receive tracking number in 2 days - 4 days later and still no tracking # - called customer service twice, was on hold for 30 and 31 minutes respectively when a recording comes on and says " There is nobody here to answer your call, goodbye". And they claim to try and provide each customer with an "outstanding experience" - what a joke - won't answer emails either, money has already been taken out of my account - will physically drive the 500 miles if I have to to get an answer. Stay far away from these clowns

It was good but could use a "Continue Shopping" button. Every time I would try to continue shopping, I would have to start all over! I'm buying rugs to cover my hardwood floor as my little 3 legged dog is getting to where she can't walk on them. Thank you for your help!

Have seen searching unsuccessfully the web over two (2) weeks for a rug that I had envisioned; a vibrant color to match my furniture without too much detailing in the pattern.
