We got the Orleans rug in 12x12. The color is mixed of slate gray, blue and ivory. Perfect size but the rug feels very synthetic/plastic texture. It looks great from far away but when you get closer and see it up close it doesn't look high end. The rug also doesn't stay flat even though we have tried to weight it down. You get what you pay for

This was a great website. Easy to use, with many search criteria to tie down exactly what you want. Seemingly... an unlimited variety in all price ranges and qualities. I could spend hours looking at the beautiful options. One suggestion: Allow a comparison feature to view options side by side. Had to use cart to compare prices, sizes and colors. That worked. The various views and specification details of the rugs were very helpful. The overall color should be listed under choices. The overall color was difficult to locate.
Ask questions but no response or a seeming generic and believe received a thank you. No statement communication was seemingly unavailable, actually the opposite was presented. Telephone number for real conversation ought be prominent. With clock running out was pressured to buy. I just wanted a professional suggestion for a tough, modest cost kitchen rug to place over a very challenged linoleum.
In general the website was satisfactory and an improvement over passed sites. Thank you!

This will be the third rug I have purchased from rugs.com in the last three months. The site is very easy to navigate, there are many sizes, patterns and colors. My first two rugs were much nicer than I had hoped. Very happy with rugs.com.
I tried to use the credit that I received frome my last order and the order site Would not let me use my $22. Credit. It's there but can't push on it. 😏
Excellent... so much to choose from... took us 2 days to decide. Needed runners for a medium sized kitchen. Was able to get 3 different sizes to fit. Needed a 26' ft one piece runner for our hallway. Still looking though the website to find that size and a color we need to complement that area. Didn't want to miss out on the sale, so we got this order in now. Their inventory is so vast. Hope to order again soon and often as we need additional rugs or replacements.
Very nice! Easy to view products, checking out was good with no other interruptions plain simple purchase. Can't wait to get it and add to my living room, my Samson needed new cushy place to lay after our long walks! No problem providing fifty words when i get started...
I purchased two rugs from this company in September. I returned both rugs because of poor quality. Now 13 days later I still don't have a refund! I've sent multiple emails concerning the refund with unsatisfactory results. After calling the company today I have now heard every excuse as to why my money has NOT been refunded. My suggestion would be go to Walmart for your rug, better quality than this place and if you have to return it you will get your money back!

After a week of delayed delivery, I contacted them to find out they sold the rug twice, but didn't alert me. Rather than refund, they tried to push a replacement as long as it was with 2% of original cost...
BUT -- the rug pad they shipped of course, and won't take back. So if you buy from them... expect the rug to maybe still be sold to someone else... but they'll refuse the return of the rug pad.

My experience with USA rug has been horrible. This is my first time shopping with them. On Sunday I purchased a rug once my order was submitted for some weird reason they pulled up my sisters address in Austin Texas. They were unable to do anything until FedEx creator generated a tracking. I received a tracking on Sunday and they were not able to guarantee if the rug will be rerouted to my home. Overall I've spoken to two people and I've sent multiple emails. The communication is awful and there's no solution.

It took me awhile to actually get my order placed, but I'll take the fault on the length of time. I just kept measuring and looking. Continuously using the tool they gave me to see it in my room. Love this feature! I'm a little nervous being a first time buyer, but I'll definitely review my purchase when it arrives. My fingers are crossed that they'll arrive as quickly as the site stated. Hard to believe it's two day shipping when it's not Amazon.

I have bought rugs from Rugs.com for years. In fact, five rugs. They have been just prefect. But, this time it came with a flaw. I called them. They told me exactly what to do and it all went perfect. I was worried I would not get my new rug right away but it came almost immediately! Love it!
They are so easy to deal with and I thank them for being such a good company.
I ordered online and the rug was exactly as described. It's a gorgeous rug and looks fabulous on my back porch. It is wound very tightly and it's necessary to put something on the edges to hold it down for a couple of days but that's pretty standard for delivery area rugs.

The only small complaint is I never received an email when it shipped so I came home one day to a surprise delivery.
My bedroom was all grey - that seemed like a good idea in June. But when winter hit (we haven't seen the sun in 10 days) I longed for some color. This rug fit the bill with its stripes of many colors. And it was on sale for a great price. When I walk into my bedroom now, that rug instantly brightens up my mood. Very satisfied!
I love all the rugs I've ordered, great quality and price. My husband did not like colors in one so I returned. So easy, emailed me a return label, dropped off at Fed Ex. I will continue to order all my rugs from here. I've told several friends and now they are ordering too
The sales process has been very user friendly. So far they are very meticulous and are going through the steps of cleaning and further inspecting our Persian hand made wool rug. We look forward to the delivery to finish off this transaction.

I have purchased several rugs from rugs.com (Always have a measuring tape handy). The rugs are well made and hold up to people and dog traffic. I never get the rug pad. Its just has not been an issue or desire of mine. I am 100% pleased with all my rugs.com purchases.
Such a pleasant and relaxing shopping trip. No mask, no traffic. Helpful online assistant if needed. Purchased two rugs last year. They were shipped promptly and arrived in perfect condition. Great Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals! The site could be more user friendly though. Clicking on a thumbnail goes to product page, thus losing your place rather than loading the variant images. Search results shows product variants as more products rather than grouping into one.
We ordered an octagon rug (Monte Carlo) gray and also the runner and love it. I'm now ordering more for our bedroom and getting rid of the carpet. Again, very happy with my previous service and products. I share with family and friends this website. You can't miss!
The carpet reach on time as it was specified. The only problem is that FedEx didn't not delivered it to my apartment. They leave if in the mail box area, which is very risky.Fedex did not fulfill their responsibility to receive the Item from point A to Point B
