Ordered rug online and was charged immediately. No rug. Have called numerous times and there is never an answer. Only one time could I leave a message but there was no response. Emailed through their support with one response and no updates. This is a shady company. Don't believe their reviews! I am now working with Paypal to get a refund.

Company has failed to issue a refund for a damaged rug returned several months ago.
I would highly recommend not doing business with them.
