I spent over $1,300 on a bag and i was delivered the wrong one. When my wife opened it on christmas and discovered the problem I immediately contacted Runway Catalog who informed me they could offer store credit if I send it back to them with a pre-paid label. After 5 days, the label "expired" and I was told I would no longer be offered store credit. They never informed me of this policy or that any deadline was in place. Now they are claiming they don't have to provide me a refund and theyll give me a discount on my next purchase instead. Like i'd ever use this scam of a company again. No Chance. Avoid them like the plague they are just trying to steal your money and make you feel like its your fault

free shipping if ordered via their website. ebay charges for shipping if you order indirectly. go to their website.
The boots are amazing very well made and fit beautifully, also shopping through runway catalog made the experience so much better this company is amazing! I thought my boots where lost with the USPS but they assured me i would be receiving them shortly and something the post office forgets to scan between trips they answered all my phone calls and were very kind to work with! Highly recommended
The customer service was far better than that of department/high end stores. They answered all my questions to help me to determine if the dsquared2 skirt would fit, which it did! They went as far as sending specific measurements to ensure it would fit my waist and hips when I requested it. Since they foresaw a possible delay with the shipment, they made it a point to send it out before the holiday; regardless the S&H was fast. I will certainly shop here again! Highly recommend.

Love this store! I had purchased my complete outfit for NYE - a dress, a pair of boots, a coat and some jewelry. The parcel arrived in 3 days and I looked stunning - special thanks for Gia who helped me with the styling. These gals are true fashionistas. I would recommend this store to anyone.
I had a great shopping experience. The web site is beautiful and easy to use. The customer service was nice, easy and very friendly. I receive my purchases very fast and the products are always great quality.
I paid $ 36 shipping when I purchased shoes, however, it wasn't fit and returned.
I am just refund 77$ short from the original amount I paid.
Customer service staff was cranky to explain that $77 is the amount of the return shipping.
Therefore, I paid them $113 to try the shoes on.
That much of shipping cost should be mentioned on their return policy, not just return shipping will be paid by customers.
Be careful to shop there if you are not sure about your size!

We are sorry to hear that you experienced some issues with the return of your order. In order to be able to provide competitive prices we took a corporate decision to not mask the shipping cost in the price of our items. Unfortunately, shipping charges have increased significantly in the past 2 years due to Covid, prices of oil, inflation, etc. You were charged $36 to ship the item from Canada to the USA and $51 to return the shoes back to us. Shipping cost is based on destination and weight so there's no way for us to calculate the exact cost up front. I'm not sure how you calculated $113 of shipping cost but I invite you to contact our support team so you can go over the details. Our shipping policy is explained on a few places on our website - starting with the product page that you used to purchased the shoes. In addition, we are available to answer any questions or provide additional measurements prior to the purchase.
