My husband and I just returned from a wonderful trip to Paris yesterday evening, thanks to rushmypassport.com and William Weaver's assistance. My passport was nearing expiration (2 months left), and I erroneously thought that would be sufficient. There was no time to arrange an appointment at the State Dept., and I was truly in despair. I learned about rush... online, read some of the testimonials, and decided to give it a go. As soon as I was coached through the process by phone, the rest was relatively easy and painless. I'd never gotten a passport before and didn't really know what was involved but they made the whole experience "pain free". I've been very pleased with the service RushMyPassport provided. We had to renew a child's passport in a rush and picked this company based on the customer reviews, Wall Street journal article and the clarity of instructions on the website. It was a good choice! The reps were very responsive and professional and helped us realize that one important piece needed to be added to the package (a certified translation of a marriage certificate from another country). After we realized that obtaining this extra document would take additional time, we upgraded to a 2-day service and received the passport very promptly. I especially liked the e-mail notifications clearly stating the status of the order - it's really good to be informed! Overall, great work and we'll use them again, if needed.
Everything went very smoothly including calling in to arrange for shipping and the answering of a few questions.Time was as advertised. I think the service is ridiculously expensive, but I cannot honestly say if it is appropriate or elevated because we are desperate when we notice our passports are going to expire shortly before a trip?

Went to website, Ordered Passport, gathered the requested documents and shipped them out using the Fed Ex label they provided. The whole ordering process took about 20 minutes. 7 days later I received my new Passport via Fed Ex.
