I called and spoke with several employees and everyone was professional and helpful. My only feedback would be to better illustrate the difficulty of the walk in experience when so many passport locations (library, post office, county clerk's office? Are booked weeks in advance. This might only be applicable in Las Vegas, but letting future customer's know this difficulty can help alleviate some of their stress moving forward. Thanks
I contacted RushMyPassport.com in a panic when I realized that my passport would expire within 6 months of my travel dates. Certain countries will not allow this!

I am terrible with forms, and being too old to have grown up with computers, am frequently confused by the language and don't know what is wanted - so end up making an error, or missing a small but crucial direction, that sends me back around to redo a long detailed form. This was quick and extremely organized. Those within the organization were willing to help at any time and answer questions. It arrived as promised...even a day earlier. I've already told several people that if they ever find that they are in need of a passport quickly, Rushmypassport.com is the place to go!
The only thing is to remind people who are getting their photo at the post office to take cash for the photo. Some post offices do not take credit cards for such things. Luckily we had the cash, but others ahead of us did not which resulted in them having to leave, get cash, and wait in line again.

Both of us (Harry and Margaret McCarty) were amazed to receive our new passports within FOUR DAYS! Mailed 3 pm on Monday, received 4 pm on Thursday! With e-mails to keep us apprised of the process, we were up-to-date throughout the process. This service was well worth the money. Everything went smoothly. Stress free. I called the customer service line numerous times. Everyone I spoke with was overly helpful and extremely professional and courteous. This is hard to come by these days, which is the only reason I'm taking the time to write the review. Just a great experience. The only criticism I can provide is that my passport arrived with some of the pages folded creased and bent/banged up. Which seemed weird considering how uptight everyone is about keeping this document in good shape for a period of ten years. I just folded everything back though. All is well. Again. Great service. Very available at extended hours, a human who absolutely knows, the absolute requirements, mentors you through your detailed document preparation. I met a renewal client, working with a competitive service, who was re-stapling her photo, the firm having sent it back for me it being incorrectly stapled. My customer service agent offered to staple my photo, on her end. How 'bout that?
Wonderful! Fabulous! We were in a scary pinch- not realizing our passports need to have at least 6 months until expiration. We were leaving in 11 days. Antonio was a wonderful customer service representative and walked me through each step. Although expensive I received my passport in 7 days. I especially appreciated the emails explaining where they were at in processing the paperwork. I'm so grateful I didn't miss this European vacation. Thank you.
