Honestly, despite all they're great reviews, I was still nervous to use them since I'd never used these type of services... was it a scam? Will they steal my identity? Will they deliver on time? Or at all? Well, after all was said and done, there's absolutely nothing negative i can say about the entire experience! I called many many times for support and questions (not that the process is difficult, just for my peace of mind) and each time i got a different person, but each time they were super nice, extremely patient, professional and helpful. They did everything they said they would. I would definitely recommend them. But of course it's better NOT to lose your passport lol! Thanks Rush My Passport.
We were a bit skeptical about using this service at first, Rush my passport has amazing customer service. They sent out passport on time even though fedex had lost our package the same day we sent it. Tasha was one of the reps helping us she was just amazing and monitored our order and kept us updated. Thank you for everything you guys do!
Working with Rush My Passport was easy & instructions were very thorough. I was updated regularly & within 8 business days, we had the passport. We live 3 hours away from an office that could have processed it for less however, avoiding lines & sitting in a government office for who now show long was well worth it!
I found out my passport expired on a Wednesday and was leaving on Sunday. James Rosier at Rushmypassport.com walked me through the process and it arrived on Saturday afternoon as promised. Didn't think it would be possible but to my surprise they were as good as their word. I got frequent email updates as each step was accomplished. I'm very satisfied

I was pleasantly surprised that upon calling the customer service line I was NOT put on hold at all and I was able to speak to a real person very easily. Very happy that they offer weekend hours for their CSR line as well. Received my passport in less than 8 business days and received an email every step of the way with updates. Excellent service and kept me feeling at ease with my travel date approaching.

I found RushMyPassport when I needed to renew our passports quickly and, after reading many positive online reviews, decided to give it a try. From the start the service was great. I had quite a few questions so spoke with several different customer service reps. They were all very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I appreciated their suggestions and guidance. The entire process went smoothly and I was grateful to receive the new passports a few days ahead of schedule. I would certainly use this service again.
