Very expensive but since we all ready had a cruise for 5 booked, well... Everyone was so helpful and we had a few glitches that were our fault and they were able to still get us thru the process in plenty of time!

From the very first step through receiving my passport all instructions were clear and easy to follow. During the process I was updated via email, which offered relief to know "things were moving along". At one point, I had a hiccup with my check and had to pay via credit card. It may seem a little pricey, but if you're in a bind, they completely deliver results. The rep, James, walked me through the whole process over the phone and emailed me as the process made it over hurdle and within 3 days I had a passport for my 2 month old!
