Paid for the service but after 3 months I have nit gotten my passport, keep calling but the agents all have conflicting answers, some say I didn't pay government fee, application was not complete, they drop call when your talking and have no decency or respect to call back. I would have rather submitted my passport through the post office. Am not even sure when I can get my passport sine I send it to them in June. Please don't use this services because you will just be wasting your money and time. Just go to UPS and use there services and they can't scam you. Total scam
I submitted my renewal 11/29/2022, it has been 7 weeks and I've heard nothing! I have a trip coming up on 2/10 and am really regretting using this service. Nobody can tell me the status and I'm worried it won't even come in time. I paid for expedited service that said it should be no more than 5 weeks. It's been 7! This is ridiculous. Can someone please help me?
Paid over $200 to RushMyPassport. The first part was easy. Downloaded the documents, filled in the info, got everything together to mail in the the government. Then I discovered there was no shipping label and NO way to get one. The man at Fed Ex said they have nothing to do with RMP. The post office said they couldn't help. Calling RushMyPassport is a total waste of time. No one answers or returns calls. I'm out over $400!
I needed a quick passport renewal. The automated phone service answered very basic questions. I received an 877 number supposedly available 24 hours a day to speak to a person. I waited 45 minutes on hold with nothing but repetitive music.
Rushmypassport processed my 2 week order earlier than the initial ETA provided. I did receive emails asking me to call the customer service line but when I called in each rep told me they had to take a message and have someone call me back. This was frustrating due to the tight deadline coming up for a trip to Europe as I lost about 24 hours of time waiting for someone to call me to tell me what was needed. In my case, they needed my name to be on an Excel drafted itinerary, a simple fix, but the company didn't have the fastest turnaround to confirm what I sent was sufficient. Email communication ended up being the best method to check the status of my passport with the courier. One thing that did concern me was the courier was called Best China. When having a US passport created, having a company associated with China does not seem secure, just a thought. They did deliver early which gave peace of mind.
Do not use this service! Basically you pay almost $200 for paperwork you can do for free! The paperwork will not be signed by an acceptance agent and you have to redo it! Expedited passports at Post Office $60
We realized less than two weeks before a trip that our son's passport expired. The service was super easy to understand and helpful and we got his passport with two days to spare! We are so grateful!
I sent out the documents for my passport on January 30th at USPS and even there they said it was unlikely I'd have it by my trip on March 2nd. I got it on February 9th, so far in advance still lol. Obviously I am a very satisfied costumer!
Expect to wait on hold from 20-60 minutes when you call them. My passport came back with the WRONG last name! They put a space after the first three letters! Which is not consistent with any of my other documents or application that I provided. I called them and they refused to accept ANY responsibility. I will NEVER use them again.

We are so sorry that the Passport Agency printed your passport incorrectly. There are steps that can be taken to have it corrected, if the governments re-checks the application and confirms their error.
