I will not "RushMyPassport" again using this company. After selecting a 1-3 week expedited option for passport renewal, it took over 14 weeks of waiting to finally get a notification that my passport has shipped. I understand delays, but over 10 weeks extra is excessive, especially if they are not proactive in keeping me updated with what is going on. In addition, their refund policy IS CRAP and claims that anything "out of their control" is not a reasonable reason for a refund. If you market that you can rush a passport in 1-3 weeks, you better darn well be able to do so.
Hello, I'm just wondering how long it takes for the company to review the documents? It's been 8 days and my documents are still under review. My trip will be April 28 and I am starting to have anxiety since my documents haven't finished with review yet and it has been over a week. Can someone follow up please? I sent my passport directly to the State Department originally and it was returned within 2 wks with a correction. So I decided to use Rush My Passport to expedite the corrected version to meet my departure. They received it the same day I mailed it. RMP took 10 days to "review" the passport and mail it to the state department. RMP charges a hefty fee! Yet the State Department processed it faster than RMP. Don't waste your money! No one "walks it thru"! Have a local passport agent review your documents and FedEx your application to the State Dept yourself!
Originally we ordered priority service, expecting to get the passport within a week. Due to travel dates, that was not possible and I think should be more clear prior to placing an order. It was a hassle having to get an additional sheet signed and mailed off again when another courier had to be used. In the least, our payment should have been adjusted to reflect the correct time frame in which we actually could receive the passport. I requested an updated receipt on 3 different occasions when we were additionally charged for a check that had to be re-written. I never got that either. The rest of the experience was fine, and what matter most is his passport was received in time before his trip.
Overall, a very good experience. My only complaint is that once I signed up, it was very difficult to get someone on the phone as required to take the next step--I had to wait a half-hour or longer on hold. I eventually called back and used the extension number for new inquiries (as opposed to existing customers). I still waited longer than I should have, but did get someone on the line who took care of me and patiently talked me through the process of completing the documents. Once I sent everything off, the service was excellent--confirmation of receipt, status updates, and I received my passport card early and my book exactly when promised.
The company should have more customer service agents available to process existing (but new) customers.
It was a good experience, but expensive. Although I'd use this company again, I hope to never have to rush a passport ever again due to the stress. The company walked you through what had to be done and they were very professional. I needed my husbands passport in 5 days so I was frantic, but they assured me that if I followed the proper steps the passport would get to me on time and they were right. I called on a daily basis to get updates and they were very informative every time I called, keeping me updated. Thank you for all of your help!
I used rushmypassport in the past- and it was 5 star service! I used this time and all went well in the end. However, i would note that i really was quite disappointed in the initial telephone call exchange i had w/ your representative. He was quite abrupt, disinterested, and actually did not communicate in a very polite way. This could use some work.
This company received all of my documents, claimed they didn't receive a document for my wife, provided no path to solve the problem, and refuses to respond to half a dozen emails & service tickets or ANY of the 10+ calls with 30+ minute wait times. I can never reach an agent and I can't get my wife's passport renewed in time for my company's big international trip we were supposed to take together.

This course of action would result in a cost savings of $200 compared to utilizing the services offered on this website. However, if expediency is paramount, and you require your passport within a week, then it may be reasonable to consider availing the website's services for a fee of $700.
Your claims of excellent customer support are highly exaggerated and do not reflect the actual services you provide. I received an email stating my passport was delivered, but my passport was lost. I was left with no tracking number for my passport delivery, no customer support or chat available to resolve my issue. You claim to have services available 6 days/week. This is simply not true. There is no one available to give support, and when you do get someone, they are not trained to assist, they simply pass you off to a supervisor that is supposed to call you back within 24-48 hours - and they never call. I will not recommend your services to anyone. I had an awful experience with your company. You should all be ashamed of the high prices you charge and the lack of service you provide. I would've been better off doing the forms myself. This service is a joke.
