I ordered 16 shirts for our family and friends to wear to a very important horse race coming up to support the recent Rainbow Derby Winner, Dashing Tres. It was a print of the recent race win and the official derby logo on the front. The proofs were sent for approval almost immediately, and the changes were applied by that afternoon then approved for printing. I opted for the rush order turn around time and we had the shirts in just a couple of days. Great quality material shirts, the prints were PERFECT. Also their customer service is incredible, every order they've always responded so quickly. Very impressed, as usual, they never disappoint. Thank you!

I customized a shirt with Rush Order Tees. The quality control group didn't notice that the back text was printed twice. I filed an issue on the website. I have not been reached out to by anyone. I've gotten automated messages that I'm getting a new one. Hopefully they don't screw that one up, as well. I'd like some confirmation from anyone that things will be taken care of this time. I don't like wasting my time or money, but that how this business makes me feel. Horrible customer service! After receiving a fixed order, I got a call to update my review. I've had the pleasure being assisted with a slight problem with shipping details with an employee by the name of Angel. No particular last name of course in this field but their picture was a person sitting in a blue beach chair I presume 🤔 but yes, they made my day and we they were such a great help sorting out my dilemma and they were quick and straight to the point! Major props to them for helping me out as I was stressing for a while about a shipping detail. Super respectful and professional. Would give 10/10 if I could lol. I hope they are doing well :D

This is my second experience with using the customer Services of your company, Ms. Deyanna Montoya was pleasant, extremely knowledgeable and patient in assisting me with my purchase. I made an error in my original order, called back and found Ms. Montoya to be very helpful and patient in assisting me with making sure that my purchase was exactly what I had wanted she took the time and when I apologized for keeping her on the phone for so long, she was grateful which made me feel very comfortable with the knowledge that my order would be correct. I will be using your company again and will recommend anyone who is in need of your services.

I needed a custom onesie as part of an ongoing joke for the parents. I needed a company that accepted art files that preserve transparencies which is easy-ish to find but always a gamble as to the quality of the final product. First time using this company and they have blown the competition out of the water! I am so happy with the quality of the print and colors! Very professional. Not to mention, the turnaround time is fantastic! Ordered November 1st, arrived November 8th! Very impressive! I am forever a customer now, just wish I had found them sooner!

I placed four orders on November 27th for our company holiday party scheduled for December 19th. When I placed the order, I clearly specified the date I needed the items to arrive, and the company confirmed delivery before December 19th.

First issue: Two days after I placed and paid for the order, I was told one of the items was out of stock. Why wasn't your website updated to reflect availability? They offered me a "similar" product as a replacement. Initially, the replacement looked cheaper, but they assured me it was actually more expensive than the original product, so I reluctantly agreed to avoid delays. When it arrived, the replacement product was completely different and far inferior to what I had ordered—absolutely unacceptable.

This wasn't even the first time. Last year, they pulled a similar stunt by replacing items at the last minute with products in a different color due to stock issues.

The major issue now: Tomorrow is the day of our event, and one of the larger orders—critical for our party—has still not arrived. The tracking says it only just left a shipping facility in California today (12/18), and I'm in Minnesota. There is no way it will arrive on time.

To make matters worse, their customer service is terrible. I called twice today. The first time, I waited 7-8 minutes before hanging up because I had other responsibilities. The second time, after waiting 5-6 minutes, the call was dropped, or they hung up on me.

This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I will never do business with this company again. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from them.

My wife loves oversized hoodies. I looked around saw some that I liked but nothing WOWed me. So I Googled "Wifey Hoodies" and RushOrderTees came up. I found that I could literally customize one for her. Which is what I did on their site but there were still a couple of things that I couldn't tweak to my satisfaction so, I contacted them. In just a short time, Tim, with their design team, contacted back. We worked out those tweaks and I placed my order, that was on the 3rd. Before they actually produced my product the set me a proof for my approval. I approved it and I received it today, the 13th, just 10 days later. My wife absolutely LOVES it. I HIGHLY recommend RushOrderTees. This was a great experience from the get go to handing the package to my WIFEY.
