Being somewhat homebound, I order many products online from computers to custom t-shirts.
Rush Order Tees produce great products at a reasonable price.
Customer Service is incredible. I get a HUMAN on the phone within seconds (try that with Xfinity, Mobile carrier or your Bank).
I had an issue with one of my latest orders. It was MY fault.
Jessica Moss, Senior Customer Care Specialist & team resolved the issue in my favor even though it was my fault.
Jessica was/is a pleasant, enthusiastic, and caring person.
She knows the Golden Rule of any business - when you treat your customers well, the 'bottom line' falls into place on it's own.

I had a custom sweater made for my daughter's birthday. I wasn't sure what to expect. I have used other print services in the past and the quality wasn't that great. When we received the finished product, we were so happy with our purchase. The quality of the print is excellent and the material of the sweater feels expensive, nice and smooth. Love the variety of products and designer brands available. Overall impressed with this entire process, customer service and store.

This company is a gem. I have placed orders twice already for my employees and each time, the service and the quality of the shirts/jackets was incredible.

They are in constant communication regarding the orders. Their response to inquires is almost immediate and the quality of the items we received and the custom designs we asked for, were exactly what we wanted.

It is difficult to find companies like this - who provide quality products and excellent service.

The first shirt I ordered was wrong, but when I called them and told them they listened to what I said I wanted. They immediately fixed the problem and sent me the corrected tee shirt. It turned out beautifully and I didn't have to wait weeks to get it. They are very committed to making sure that their customers are very happy with their products. I think I will order again with something a little easier to do. Thank you all for a job well done. I love my mom's memorial tee shirt and now she will be with me at my family reunion this weekend.

We had a last minute need for a T-shirt to be made. We were worried because the image was a complex large graphic with a lot of colors. And we needed a certain type of material and style of the shirt as well. We ordered on a Sat with a promise of delivery for the following Wed. And we had no time buffer for delivery either so we just held our breath that the shirt would show and be of a decent quality.

So we were really pleased when the shirt arrived not only with great quality but also exactly on time as promised! We had a couple questions before the shirt shipped which were promptly answered. And the ordering app was easy to use. Overall will absolutely be using RushOrderTees again!
