I received my order today, 4 shirts, and I need to say thank you all so much. The shirts look amazing.
When ordering these on 09/09/23 I added a note asking if whoever was making these to please double check the end product due to the shirts I ordered on 08/31/23 the proof was great but the picture on the end product was super dark and I needed these shirts for an event where I will be honoring my son and wouldn't have time to reorder.
I will be showing my son off in Washington DC at a large Overdose Memorial and rally next week wearing your perfect shirt. Please pass on my many thanks to everyone who worked on these. I truly appreciate it.

Luke was nothing short of phenomenal. I've been playing around with my design to put on a hat and was having issues with the minimum quantity required for rhe order. Luke was able to manually adjust my design in minutes, so that I can order a smaller quantity since my business is jist starting up. Saved me a ton of aggravation and funds. So grateful for his help!

Wanted to order shirts and hats for my husband and I for an Alopecia Walk at the end of the month. Was having trouble with the site and accessing live chat on my desktop. I ended up placing an order I wasn't completely happy with, but with timing, it had to be done. I then never received a confirmation. Was finally able to connect with Chat on my laptop and had the pleasure of having Luke help me. He was able to help me confirm my order, discovered that my email was incorrect and got it corrected, helped me with the quantity of hats I actually wanted and saved me money from ordering more than I needed. He also helped me verify the design for my shirts. Very helpful. Great, friendly customer service is hard to come by these days. I very much appreciate the effort put in to help me. I ordered some custom softball uniforms for our men's league team. I was at first worried that we might get them after our first game considering it was only two weeks from the order date. I was surprised in the the uniforms (material, design, color, size, etc.) they better than I expected.
The only complaint I have is the notification/updates on the order. I wish they had something to track it's progress, that way you don't have to harass the Order Department however, they do respond quickly and give amazing customer service by answering any questions you have.
Will purchase from them again, if I need any more uniforms.
