This is most definitely my worst experience with any printer in my 30 year design career.
I have never had such poor quality presented, to a client in my life.
The logo has not been printed horizontally across shirt, but at an angle. Are you kidding me?
Rush Order Tees ( Rushordertees.com) does NOT give a refund. No matter how bad the quality.
What was misleading was their 5 star Ad with Google. Then I find out later. That this was false advertising, as I am reading on this website. I have some friends at google, I will contact them, and make sure that this company can no longer present false advertising.
$350 for 8 shirts, and no refund. That is a lot of money wasted!
After I made the order I checked prices elsewhere and I found most other companies were less than half the price for the basic screen printing I was looking for. I have used this company for many years but I do believe at this point they are definitely taking advantage. I cannot recommend this company.

Designing the shirts was easy on their website, but when it came to getting the proofs, they were missing information. I called and talked to a representative and he assured me that the year would be printed on the shirts even though it did not show up on the proof. Therefore, I went ahead and ordered the shirts. What really upset me is that the company used the same size image on a size small as they did on a size XXL so it looks correct on the size small but looks ridiculous on the size XXL.

First of all, beware a site that lists 5 star reviews, yet the reviews are not visible anywhere on the site. It makes me think they fabricate their own ratings--stars only, no actual written reviews to be found. They sent me 50 horribly embroidered hats that I needed in time for Christmas market. They were so bad it looked like I'd tried to make them myself. They offered me a 50% refund--as if I had any use for the ruined hats, and I had to fight back and forth to get a full refund. Needless to say, I never had the hats for market as it was too late to order from someone else in time. Then I ordered a printed shirt as a sample which arrived printed on a completely different shirt that what I specified--high low hem, white, tissue-weight, see-through. Everything I didn't want and didn't order. I contacted customer service and they said the one I ordered was out of stock, so they printed on that one instead. You'd think they might ASK me about that first? So now they've again offered me a 50% refund on a shirt I'm throwing away--no one wants it, as it is totally see through and has a bizarre cut (see photos). So I paid $25 for a throw away shirt. Abyssmal customer service. I would never use them again, and will tell the same to friends and colleagues. There are too many better companies out there.

I sincerely apologize that your experience didn’t go as expected. I can see that we made every effort to assist with the reprint of the hats, but unfortunately, we weren’t able to reach a resolution there. As a result, a full refund was issued as a courtesy.
Regarding the tee, I understand the frustration with product availability. As items sometimes sell out, adjustments are necessary to accommodate those changes. The good news is that the original garment is now back in stock, and a replacement is already on its way to you.

Answer: They are very legit. You should go to them first. And second if the first time doesn't work.
