I had a minor issue with my order that was immediately rectified with two phone calls. The first person I spoke with answered immediately, spotted the error, and asked for pictures for reference. The second person called within minutes after review to confirm that I would be getting the items I needed immediately. A few days later they were at my door and look spectacular. I would especially like to recognize Colleen M. And Chris V. in the service team. This type of service used to be reserved for "mom and pop" places and, in my experience, has largely disappeared from the world of online shopping. I wouldn't personally get screen printing anywhere else.

This will be the second time that I am making a custom order from your company, and your customer service has been phenomenal each time. I rarely leave reviews, unless I'm extremely happy (or the opposite). Tyler H. Just assisted me via chat...he was fast, friendly and made my life easier. I had the same experience last time. Whatever you guys are doing over there to train your employees is working, don't change a thing!

The customer service chat person Jacelyn was great. They answered all of my questions promptly, set everything up, explained the whole process of what was going on, and even sent the link to pay for everything when everything was all said and done. They went WAY above and beyond the other companies that I have been talking to all morning. I did find a little cheaper prices, when I had to purchase more items (which I did not need), but this is the only place that would fulfill the order that I needed, without the headache of having to bulk order for stuff that I did not need, and did it EXCEPTIONALLY! JOSHUA IS THE BEST AMONGST HIS PEERS! Not only did he do an amazing job answering all of my questions with crazy speed!
