Spent over 200 dollars on roses that were delivered after the business had closed for the day. Driver set the roses by the door. For over an hour in the hot sun. Way to make memories! Last time I'll do business with this company. Horrible service. Lesson learned
Do not order from Ruth's roses. I wish I would've read reviews before choosing to order from them. I ordered on Monday for a morning delivery for a friend for her birthday on Wednesday morning. I ordered a specific floral arrangement That I saw on the website for an that I saw on the website for a specific amount of money which I paid and was told that my delivery would be made Wednesday morning. This was supposed to be a surprise. I called the florist Wednesday morning at 10 AM to make sure that they were going to be delivering in the morning because my friend had said she was going out at noon. I was told that they hadn't put the flowers out for delivery yet. The woman I spoke to gave me the runaround told me they don't guarantee that they will be delivered in the morning and was very rude. I. called back at 10:30 and spoke to a man who told me that they were waiting for the delivery driver to show up at that point I had to ruin the surprise and ask my friend when she would be returning home so that I could call the florist back and tell them that they needed to deliver after a certain time which they did and then my friend sent me a picture of the flowers thanking me and they were not the flowers that I ordered so I called the company and spoke to another gentleman and told him my issues he told me to send a picture of the flowers and reference the order number and that they would take care of the issue I received a email back from the company saying that the flowers that were delivered were the standard version and that the flowers that I thought I was ordering that were on the website for the price that I paid was the deluxe version and that I received what I ordered. I have emailed them again and told them that was unacceptable and they needed to compensate me for the issue, but they have not replied. Order from this establishment at your own risk. I have read so many negative reviews. They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

Flowers looked nothing like their name "pink" yet there was barely any pink in it and the delivery was late and my love already went to an appointment at 1:30 when I specifically told them delivery should be between 7am and 1:30pm. So no anniversary surprise for her. I would never use this place. Terrible service.

Went online to order some daisies for our second anniversary. I called Ruthsroses and spoke to Vanessa to get some info on the different arrangements. I spoke to Vanessa who was very helpful. I ordered the "premium" arrangement. I asked Vanessa where they were located so i could pick them up instead of paying for a delivery fee. She said the "local" store in my city was under renovation and only delivery was available, but delivery was "free", only a service fee! She said they would be delivered the next day mid afternoon. I said perfect. I also asked her to make sure no one rings the doorbell because my girl friend was sleeping, she works nighs.Vanessa said not a problem. We will leave it by the door. I get home from work the next day around 515 and no flowers. I call up ruthsroses and get transferred to someone to look at the status. It is now 545 and the doorbell "rings". While talking to customer service, i see a lady with a very poor looking "premium" arrangement. I said, "that's a premium?" Upon looking at the card, i notice it's not even from ruthsroses! It's from another local florist. The lady who delivered the arrangement said next time order direct from us and left. Meanwhile the lady from ruthsroses was still on the phone and heard the entire conversation. She said if you have a complaint, you'll need to send an email, which i did. I sent an email with pictures of the arrangement. There were 6 daisies with a bunch of filler between them. The arrangement was nearly $100.00. After several emails, they reimbursed me a total of $55. Four days later, the daisies were drooping dead. They were kept in an ac home, never went outside, just stayed on the counter. I emailed ruthsroses with pictures and never heard back from them. I will never order from them again. I was lied to that they had a "local" store and couldn't be picked up because of the "store" being renovated. The order came from another florist. The "premium" arrangement was pathetic! I would post some pictures but i don't see anyplace to post them, but would be more than happy to share.

I would have given this place a ZERO. Deplorable customer service as I received an email at the last minute cancelling my order. When I called to inquire as to why, I was told supply chain issues. There were no supply chain issues when they processed my payment. No help given, couldn't substitute or recommend another florist to help me! Do not use this florist, they are the worst. I thought they were based in FL, but uses search and maps to lie about where they are located. The worst of the worst.

The flowers were delivered. While I appreciate that it was quick, the flowers were mostly filler. Fir what I paid, they were underwhelming and I am very disappointed. This looks like a $15 grocery store arrangement. Looks dead! Expectation on the right…crap I received on the left.

I wish I would have looked for reviews of this business before ordering. For the amount of money I spent ($130), I could have just stopped at Vons and received my money's worth.

If I could give a negative number I would...my mother spent $81 on a flower arrangement for my best friend who is recovering from cancer surgery. The arrangement she got was vastly different from what she ordered, and the babys breath she paid extra for was nonexistent. I complained via email, with photo evidence. They proceeded to refund her $32. I said that's unacceptable, and they refunded ten more dollars. I again said that was unacceptable and they stopped responding so I called. The girl I spoke with was flippant, and told me that half a refund was all they could do. When I asked why, her response was, 'well at the end of the day, flowers were delivered weren't they?' so….i asked if she ordered a steak and was served a pizza, would she be ok with paying half? Every time I questioned her, her answers got more outlandish. I asked if the shoe was on the other foot, and it was HER ordering her friends favorite flower for after cancer surgery, if SHE would be happy receiving an ugly arrangement she didn't order, and she has the audacity to say YES, she would be fine with that. This 'company' is a complete scam. RUN. The first photo below is what was ordered. The second was the garbage that was delivered.

I would rate this business a huge ZERO. Deplorable customer service and old flowers and ugly arrangements. I spent $85 for a birthday delivery and when I submitted a photo sidexside with what was advertised they threw their substitution policy in my face as justification. Do not ever use this florist, who purports to be local but is not (I think based in FL, but uses search and maps to lie about where they are located). I feel ripped off and incredibly disappointed with what I purchased for a dear friend. Despicable and of the worst quality. Steer clear!

I ordered a floral spray and the spray was NOTHING like it was supposed to be. Definitely did not look like what I paid for. It was supposed to be the deluxe Comforting Standing spray for $250 and I was charged for the premium spray, the banner was HANDWRITTEN and not legible and could read it because it was so faint. All banners I have ever seen had the stick-on lettering. The flowers, the few there were, were supposed to be purple and white ONLY and at least half of them were pink. I will never recommend this floral shop and I will definitely ensure my review corresponds with the crappy service provided. Worst and most deceitful service I have ever experienced.
