I bought a zebra blinds for out RV mainly because they had a worry free policy.
The No Worries Fit Policy!
Terms Include:
Replacements are for same product ordered within 30 calendar days of receiving order.
Limit 1 free remake per window and up to 5 free remakes per household per lifetime
Size and Mount changes covered under free remakes policy
If the free remake value is less then original no additional credit or refunds applied
Shipped to the same name and delivery address of original order.
What a joke! They did none of it, refusing to honor any of their own policy.
Stay away from them!
