I had the misfortune of visiting the salon based on the quantity of reviews this salon has. Unfortunately, that is a mistake because coming out of the salon, my hair was a DISASTER. Here's a quick summary: I went in asking for a set of partial highlights, I came out with the top of my hair fried and the bottom with a different brassy orange looking color, 1. She managed to highlight both and fried the top, and left bottom brassy orange (Because they close at 8 and couldn't be bothered to fix her mistake. 2. She couldn't be bothered to apply the same toner color to the bottom part of my hair. 3. The owner Frank suggested that I should invest in their fusion extensions as a solution to the disaster his employee caused. Yeah. I don't think so buddy. Overall, worst experience at a hair salon, will never set foot at that hair salon again
