Good sabers

Package was late but I received compensation. Product was excellent otherwise. Highly recommend for an affordable saber with good electronics.

Just keep in mind, you can't cancel an item even if done within a few hours.

Worth it!

I was pretty skeptical of my son spending his savings on a replica light saber but have to admit it's pretty awesome. He's thrilled and we were impressed with the quality. Even better that it's an Oregon company.

Packaging was disappointing could be nicer looking especially for the 600 dollar price point, u basically get a brown cardboard box with a logo and nothing else

The customer service is very friendly. Unlike some competitors, when talking to SF customer service, it feels like you're talking to a real person.
As for the shopping experience, it's ridiculously quick and easy. There's no "Buy two more blade plugs you don't need before checking out!" style pop-ups, and while there are many customization options for each product (not just sabers), it's still quick and easy to decide what you need.
All of this combined with Saberforge's premium saber designs, makes them a great company to do business with, and I'll certainly buy from them again.

The one star is only to submit this review and that is being generous, avoid at all costs if you are new to building them or live outside the United States. Took about 6 months to finally arrive, very unhelpful in the fact that in all that time my young daughter who was trying to get her first ever saber was not even contacted to say she hasn't got the right parts to make it a compatible working saber with light and sound and now they have quoted a additional £150 plus postage and custom fee not included for them to make it work adequately or stick with a hollow useless saber, very much not impressed by the customer service for what they charge

SaberForge attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Hilt arrived and is HORRIBLY designed. You have to remove a magnetic cover and insert a "kill key" to turn it off, but then you can't put the magnetic cover back on.
Blade arrived broken and won't light up.
Over a month fighting with customer service with no resolution. Terrible customer service, terrible communication, terrible company. Avoid at all costs. The only way they could possibly have this high of a rating is that they have bad reviews removed. Lets see how long mine lasts.

Edit: Sabeforge managed to hide this review while they tried to send me a new blade. Eventually I got a new, working blade for my saber, and it turns out they had sent the wrong charger initially, so they sent the correct charger as well.
I feel this review still stands because even though it was eventually resolved, it took a lot of work dealing with their customer service just to get something that should have been included in the first place.
